실시간 CG렌더링 소프트웨어를 활용한 3D 애니메이션 제작 사례 분석 연구 - 루미온을 활용한 제작 사례를 중심으로

There have been many studies to improve the efficiency of the 3D animation production process by utilizing game engines. However, the fact that it is not easy to learn the game engine is acting as a limiting factor, and real-time CG rendering software that is simple to use and has fast rendering speed has recently received a lot of attention as an alternative. In this study, 3D animation was produced using real-time CG rendering software, and the case was analyzed. To this end, various real-time CG rendering software was compared and analyzed, and 3D animation was produced using Lumion among them. model ling, rigging, and character animation were done in 3DS Max and mapping, layout, and final rendering were done in Lumion. And, the differences between the traditional production process that completes the final rendering in 3DS Max and the production process using Lumion were compared and analyzed in quantitative and qualitative ways. As a result of the analysis, unlike the production process that completes the final rendering work with 3D software, the production process using Lumion was able to shorten the work time by proceeding with the work through the viewport screen that shows the final result in real-time, and it was confirmed that work efficiency was improved by deriving the final result through real-time rendering. Recently, various attempts have been made to improve work efficiency in the 3D animation production practice, and it is expected that work efficiency will be improved if real-time CG rendering software such as Lumion is used.
