The purpose of this study is to research the neutral thermal sensation change with dry-bulb temperature, relative humidity and food intakes. One hundred eighty eight students(83 males and 105 females) living in Daegu, Kyung-buk answered to questionnaires and recorded. Breakfast, lunch and dinner to participate in the experiment, a total of three times daily during the day activity and food intakes and write their schedules, each time using an thermal measuring device to analyze the thermal environment. In the measuring term, the comfort zone of dry-bulb temperature and relative humidity are 23.2~23.6and 44.6%~45.7%(nutrient intake;442㎉~722.9㎉). Be the experiment results showing with a corelation with food intake and thermal sensation.

There are many sunblocking structures for cultivating plants in Korea. But research results of plants cultivating structures are so limited relating to sunlight shading environment. Major research results are as following : 1) temperature distribution of interior zone is higher than exteriror zone 2) air velocity distribution of inlet zone is higher than exterior zone 3) trand of temperature distribution is unsymmetrical situation by air flow conditions.
‘ㅁ’자형 한옥에서 안마당, 마루의 봄철 건구온도, 상대습도 및 기류의 측정

“Anmadang” of traditional Korean house is an empty space, being surrounded by buildings shaped like the letter, “ㅁ”. “ㅁ”-shaped traditional Korean house provides much more comfortable space for human being than western style houses because it can control much more energy than other houses with other shapes. In this paper, I tried to prove the atmospheric condition of indoor and out door space through the measurement of natural atmospheric factor. This paper also analyses the correlation of dry bulb temperature and relative humidity of traditional Korean houses in spring. The major results of this study are as follows; 1) Average distribution of temperature is 16.5~18℃. 2) Average distribution of relative humidity is 65.6~74.1 %. 3) Correlation efficiency (R²) between our door condition and indoor condition is about 0.9.
여름철, 환기형 드라이 에어리어의 실내온열환경에 관한 연구

As increasingly growing populations in Korea, there is a need for using the underground spaces. In the underground space, there are some problems related to the high humidity, the lack of day-light and the bad air ventilation. The ventilated dry area were designed and built in a student meeting room in K University to examine these problems and to suggest possible solutions. The dry bulb temperature, the relative humidity and the air velocity including the outdoor air conditions in summer were then measured and analyzed. The results are summarized below : The temperature differences between indoor and outdoor in summer were 1.6℃ to 3,5℃ which indicated the comfortable conditions because of the ventilated dry areas. The window opening brought the difference in the air speed of 0.01 ㎧ and it was developed air stream by ventilating dry area effect.

As the problems of environment air pollution have been increasing, the architecture is exploring ways toward development of an idea for the future generation. The purpose of this study is application of design criteria to environment-friendly school building in Taegu city. The design factors of green school building are proposed by considering actual condition. And then, the design element of green school building is analyzed and evaluated. Through this process, this study is proposed applicable design solution for environment friendly school building.

The low-temperatured radiant heating System like a panel heating system is recognized as nice means to make comfortable indoor environment. Perhaps, 'Ondol' would be a typical example of the Panel heating system. Nevertheless. Occupants in a radiantly heated Space which has an asymmetric radiant field may feel thermally discomfort due to the asymmetric radiation. The aim of this Study is to suggest the fundamental technical data for establishing Standards of thermally comfortable environment when designing a radiant heating System. Thermal distribution of indoor environment and the skin temperature of the occupants were measured at experimental room in KIER (Korea Institute of Energy and Resources). Whole/Regional thermal and comfort Sensation votes of the occupants were taken simultaneously in order to investigate the relationships between thermal environmental factor and the occupants' responses. The effect of an asymmetric radiation on thermal environment and the occupants' responses was analyzed by using a v.r.t.(vector radiant temperature). By this means, the thermally neutral limits for the ambient air temperature and the floor surface temperature by the occupants' responses were Obtained. And the recommended temperature limits of the indoor surface were derived from the experimental work and the theory of radiant and will provide thermal neutrality for man without any discomfort on the part of the body.
