The use of a cache for storing and processing of Web objects is becoming larger. Also, many studies on the efficient management of the storing scope of caches are being done. Web caching algorithms have many differences from traditional algorithms. Particularly, heterogeneity of Web objects that are processing units of Web caching, and a variation of Web object reference characteristic with time are the important causes of the decrease the performance of existing algorithms. In this study, we proposed the new web-caching algorithm. A heterogeneity variation of an object can be reduced as the proposed method dividedly managing Web objects and a cache scope with heterogeneity, and it is adaptively reflecting a variation of object reference characteristics with the flowing of time. In the experiments, we verified that the performance of the proposed method was more improved than existing algorithms through the two experiment models which considered heterogeneity of an object.

존 듀이 교육사상과 뇌교육론의 상호 지향성에 관한 고찰

본 연구는 존 듀이 교육사상의 상호작용과 교호작용 이론에 의한 성장, 가치, 이상론과 뇌교육론의 원리와 방법, 그리고 목표와의 지향성에 대하여 고찰하고자 하였다. 통합적이며 실천적인 사상을 배경으로 하는 듀이 교육사상을 통해 뇌교육론을 조망해 보는 것은 일상적인 자기교육과 공동체교육 실천을 지향하는 뇌교육의 이론적 토대를 확인하고, 의미화하는 데 기여할 수 있을 것이다. 이를 위하여 듀이의 교육사상과 뇌교육론의 의미를 해석하고 설명하는 해석적 방법으로 접근하였다. 그 결과 듀이의 교육사상과 뇌교육론은 성장론과 건강론, 가치론과 행복론, 이상론과 평화론 등 목표와 이념, 그리고 비전의 관점에서 학문적이며 실천적인 함의가 있음을 시사하고 있었다. 이는 듀이의 교육사상과 뇌교육론이 공통적으로 지향하고자 하는 ‘하나의 이상이며, 비전’이라고 할 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to examine the co-intentionality between growing theory, theory of value, and ideal theory, which are based on John Dewey's interaction and transaction theory, and the principle, method and objective of brain education theory. The overview for the brain education theory through Dewey’s educational thought, which is based on integrative and practical ideas, will contribute to understanding, and giving meaning to, the foundation of the brain education, which is in pursuit of the practice of regular self-education and community education. To achieve this purpose, the researcher embraced the interpretive approach to interpret and explain the meaning of the Dewey’s educational thought and the brain education. As a result, the Dewey’s educational thought and the brain education theory imply the scholarly and practical suggestion in terms of the objective, ideology, and vision. What they commonly pursue is ‘the united ideology and vision’.
