The SocioIingujstic Journal of Korea, 11(1). 본고는 한국의 백화점과 시장에 있어서의 접객언어 행동을 분석한 것이다. 분석에는 필자가 직접 손님이 되어 백화점 점원, 시장 상인들과 나눈 회화를 수록, 문자화한 자료를 사용했다. 문자화자료는 발화문단위로 나누어, 백화점의 점원 및 시장 상인의 발화에 나타난 문말표현 형식에 주목하였다. 고찰의 대상이 되는 장면은, 가장 정형적(定型的)인 응대가 예상되는 백화점 대표안내의 전화응대를 비롯하여, 백화점의 대면접객과 시장 상인들의 접객의 세 장면이다. 분석결과 밝혀진 것은 다음과 같다. ·백화점의 전화응대에서는, 백화점의 성격에 따라서 출현율에 차이는 있지만, 한국어의 polite formal style인 「합쇼채」는 기본접객용어와 같은 매뉴얼발화에 출현하고, 손님과의 교섭에 있어서의 세세한 대응은 「해요체」가 중심이 되어 단정을 피하며 부드럽게 대응하고 있다고 판단된다. ·시장에서는 방언형 「하이소체」>「해예체」와 비경의체인 반말 등, 여러 가지 스타일이 다양하게 출현하고 있다. 또한 농담이나 웃음을 동반하는 발화내용에 의한 배려표현과 함께 일상적으로 친근감을 느낄 수 있는 시장의 분위기를 나타내고 있다고 할 수 있다.

AHP를 이용한 사서교사의 북큐레이션 서비스 제공에 대한 우선순위 분석

This study aims to identify priorities in book curation service that the teacher librarians perceive important through the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Progress) method by comparing the jobs of teacher librarians with those of curators and selecting the contents and areas of book curation service provided by school libraries. For the purpose, this study categorized the book curation service areas by class and analyzed the priorities in the book curation service areas in the school libraries by applying the AHP method on the teacher librarians who are the personnel in school libraries. As a result, the priorities in the upper-tier class were turned out to be information services, improvement of expertise, information resources, management, and promotion & marketing in that order. The priorities in the lower-tier evaluation areas were shown in the order of survey & research, Q&A, self-development, exhibition, budget allocation, connecting with experts, trend analysis, reading education, human resources, planning, collaboration class, marketing services, book status, online promotion, offline promotion, and facilities & environment. Based on the results, this study suggested the following plans to provide effective book curation services in school libraries: grasping characteristics of school library users, setting classification criteria for book curation, and finding reader participation-oriented book curation service. 본 연구는 큐레이터와 사서교사의 직무를 상호 비교·분석하여 학교도서관에서 제공하는 북큐레이션 서비스의 내용과 영역을 설정한 후, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Progress) 방법을 통해 사서교사가 중요하게 인식하는 북큐레이션 서비스의 우선순위를 밝히는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 북큐레이션 서비스 영역을 계층별로 나누고, 학교도서관 전담인력인 사서교사들을 대상으로 AHP 방법을 적용하여 학교도서관 북큐레이션 서비스 영역의 우선순위를 분석하였다. 분석결과 상위계층의 우선순위는 정보서비스, 전문성 신장, 정보 자원, 경영, 홍보 및 마케팅 순으로 나타났고, 하위계층의 우선순위는 조사 및 연구, 질의응답, 자기계발, 전시, 예산편성, 전문가 연계, 트렌드 분석, 독서교육, 인적자원, 기획, 협력수업, 마케팅 서비스, 소장, 온라인 홍보, 오프라인 홍보, 시설 및 환경 순으로 나타났다. 이를 토대로 학교도서관 북큐레이션 서비스를 효과적으로 제공하기 위한 방안으로 학교도서관 이용자의 특성 파악, 북큐레이션을 위한 분류기준의 설정, 독자 참여형 북큐레이션 서비스 모색의 필요성을 제시하였다.

중학교 과학교과서 생명과학 단원의 탐구 활동 분석: 과학탐구 기능과 8가지 과학 실천을 중심으로

In this study, we analyzed activities in life science chapters of middle school 'science' textbooks for the 2009 revised Korea national curriculum and examined the difference between the analysis based on scientific practices and the analysis based on inquiry skills. As a results, there was a lot of inquiry skills in the order of 'reasoning', 'observing', 'classification' in the all of grade. In scientific practices, 'data analysis and interpretation' and 'constructing explanations and devising problem solving' were biased. This shows that life science inquiry activities in middle school 'science' textbooks are lacking in diversity in scientific practice elements as well as inquiry skills, and that the goals of the activities are limited. In addition, through the interrelationships between scientific inquiry skills and scientific practice elements, we examined contents relevance in the transition from inquiry function center to scientific practice, and compared with the results of inquiry activities in textbook, The results of this study were matched monotonously due to the tendency to basic inquiry-data interpretation / basic inquiry-explanation. This comes from results of the lack of diversity in activities presented in middle school 'science' textbooks. In this study, it is suggested that efforts should be made to include diverse scientific practice elements in the process of realizing 2015 revised Korea national curriculum from the simple and diversity-less inquiry activity through analyzing the textbooks of the 2009 revised Korea national curriculum. 본 연구에서는 2009개정 교육과정의 중학교 과학교과서에 포함된 탐구 활동이 기존 과학교육에서 강조되어왔던 탐구 기능과 구체적 학생 활동이 강조되는 NGSS의 8가지 과학 실천 측면에서 상호 분석되었을 때 어떤 특성을 나타내는지 생명과학 단원을 중심으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 학년 구분 없이 탐구 기능에서는 '추리', 관찰', '분류' 순으로 많이 치중되었고, 과학 실천에서는 '자료 분석하고 해석하기'와 '설명구성하고 문제해결 고안하기'에 치우쳐 있었다. 이를 통해 중학교 교과서 내 생명과학 탐구 활동이 탐구 기능뿐만 아니라 과학 실천 요소에서도 다양성이 부족하며 제시하는 활동의 목표가 한정적이라는 것을 보여주었다. 또한 과학탐구 기능과 과학 실천 요소 각 상호 매칭작업을 통해 탐구 기능 중심에서 과학 실천으로의 이행 시 내용 관련성을 검토하고 교과서의 탐구 활동에서 보이는 결과와 비교 분석한 결과 사전 매칭분석에 비해 교과서 내 탐구 활동의 결과가 대체적으로 기초탐구-자료해석/기초탐구-설명고안에 치우쳐 있어서 단조롭게 매칭 되었다. 이는 교과서에 제시된 활동내용의 다양성이 부족함을 보여주는 결과라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 2009개정 교육과정의 교과서 분석을 통해 단순하고 다양성이 부족한 탐구 활동에서 벗어나 2015개정 교육과정을 구현해나가는 과정에 다양한 과학 실천 요소를 포함시키도록 하는 노력이 절실하게 요구됨을 제언한다.

노인요양시설의 배회공간 관리에 대한 시설 종사자의 평가

The purpose of this study was to examine wandering space for the elderly with dementia at elderly care facilities, investigate environmental affordance through adequate wandering space for facility residents, investigate the perception of the staff including facilities manager for the control and support of the elderly with dementia in wandering space, from the aspect of managers. As for site assessment, the investigator used a check list and audited the physical environment of 7 elderly care facilities in Seoul. Study survey was carried out over the period from May 24 to June 2, 2011 and 153 sheets of questionnaire were distributed. A total of 133 questionnaire were analyzed. The problems occurred when facility workers managed facility residents: First, understanding for the elderly with dementia and perception of wandering space were insufficient. Second, facility workers were insufficient in its number for the management of facility residents and the support of wandering behaviors of the elderly with dementia. In order to carry out the management of residents more easily, it is necessary to provide facility workers education, thus increasing their perception of wandering behaviors and wandering space for the elderly with dementia. By efficiently establishing the planning of space, it is necessary to reduce the burden of management. Based on study findings, therefore, it is necessary to maintain and alleviate facility residents dementia, increase facility workers job-satisfaction, and enhance the quality of environment of domestic elderly care facilities.
