By a dynamic light scattering techique, the correlation functions of polystyrene latex in the solutions of salt(0.3mol/ℓ) have been measured at different temperature of sample. Our results show that the hydrodynamic radius of aggregates at 20 and 25℃ of sample temperature is grown with ??, which is agreed with the RLCA model. AT 30∼50℃ the kinetic process of growth of aggregates forms with a power law ??, which is agreed with the DLCA model ??, the values of b are not coincident with ??, decrease as the temperatures of sample increase.

연구 대상인 중합체 분자에 염(??, ??, ??)을 일정한 비로 혼합하여 묽인 용액에 대한 광산란 실험결과로 부터 1) 산란각이 작은 영역에서 산출된 회전반경(??)이 농도가 묽어질수록, 그리고 염의 종류에 따라서는 ??>??>??순으로 증가하였다. 이는 Han이 측정한 환산점성도의 결과와 일치한다. 2) 산란각이 큰 영역에서 ??의 함수와 ??함수를 비교할 때 농도가 짙은 상태에서는 분자 모형이 코일형이며, 농도가 묽어짐에 따라 막대형으로 변하고 있음을 추정할 수 있다. 3) 광산란 실험 결과로 산출된 환산점성도 값(??)이 점성도계로 측정한 값(??)과 서로 잘 일치하며 농도가 묽어짐에 따라 분자의 축비율이 증가함을 알 수 있다. 이로부터 농도가 묽어짐에 따라 분자모양이 막대형으로 변하고 따라서 회전반경(??)이 커지고, 그 결과로서 환산 점성도가 증가된다고 볼 수 있다. A measurements of reduced viscosity and light scattering study on new polyamides solution containing crown ether moieties were made in the presence of a salt(??, ??, ??). The result was that the reduced viscosity of solution increased rapidly as the concentration of solution decreased even if it was different as a sort of salt. In study of light scattering experiment, the angular dependent intensities of scattered light from each solution were measured. The Rayleigh ratios calculated from these data suggested that a change in molecular shape from coil to rod was responsible for the increased in the reduced viscosity of the polymar solution with dilution. The reduced visosity calculated from light scattering data agreed well with those measured with a viscometer.
네마틱-스멕틱A 상전이 근처의 네마틱상에서 비틀림 탄성지수(K₂)에 관한 광 산란 실험 연구

액정 80CB 의 네마틱-스멕틱A 상전이 근처의 네마틱상에서 후방 산란된 빛의 세기를 온도의 함수로 측정하였다. 실험 데이타 분석결과, 가로 방향 상관거리(??)는 임계지수??을 갖고 발산하며, 세로 및 가로 방향 상관거리(??, ??)의 두 임계지수 값은 약한 이방성(??)을 보였다. By utilizing Rayleigh scattering technique, we have measured the temperature dependence of back scattered light intensity in the nematic phase near nematic to smectic-A phase transition of 80CB. From analysis of this data, it is found that the transverse correlation length(??) diverges with critical exponent ?? and that two critical exponents of longitudinal and transverse correlation lengths(??, ??)are weakly anisotropic(??)
단백질 응고체의 프랙탈 구조에 관한 광 산란 실험 연구

Using light scattering techniques, the radii of cluster and the fractal dimensions for clustered proteins were measured under different conditions of pH and precipitation ammonium sulfate. Our results show that at pH=3 the growth of aggregates forms with a power law R_(H) - t^(1/D_(f)), which is agreed with the DLCA model. The fractal dimensions of clustered protein decrease as concentrations of protein increase. And the fractal dimensions ncrease with concentrations of precipitation.
제주지역 고등학생들의 과학과목 선호성향에 관한 조사연구

In this paper, high school students' preference on science course in Cheju do were examined to compare with in other provincial students. The result was that they would decide their department choice in consideration of their futures and aptitudes. In investigating the preference on science course, it proved that they prefered Biology to Physics and Chemisty in comparision with the other provincial student. In the case of the examination of the satisfaction on science learning, only 17.4% of the students agreed on the class, while the rest of them did not. And it turned out that the reason of disagreement was lack of practical experiments relating with a learing contents.
