싸띠명상이 교사의 심리적 안녕감과 교사효능감에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to examine Sati meditation‘s effect on teachers' psychological tranquility and efficacy. This study verifies that Sati meditation is an effective alternative to improve teachers' psychological tranquility and efficacy and examines the practical possibility of using Sati meditation as a generalized treatment for teachers' body and mind. 26 teachers who wanted to participate in this meditation study and training from all over the country were randomly assigned to a control group in Pannarama Sati Meditation School in Daedong, Gimhae city. The program was reorganized to consider the psychological, emotional, and cognitive features of teachers on the basis of Mahash temple practices in Myanmar. It consisted of 15 sessions, 60 minutes per each session with theory lectures and practicing, focusing on sitting meditation and walking meditation. The theory lectures were all about psychological system of Sati meditation, the background of Sati. The time for practicing was gradually extended to 60 minutes. Life meditation, eating meditation, labor meditation and lying meditation were also conducted. To verify the effectiveness of the program, teachers' psychological tranquility and a efficacy test were administered and the data was analyzed by ANCOVA. The results are as follows. First, the level of teachers' tranquility increased significantly. Participants showed self-acceptance, self-control, environmental control, and individual growth-sub-factors of psychological tranquility. Second, the efficacy of teachers also increased and Sati meditation was effective on sub-factors of teachers' efficacy, such as self-regulated efficacy, self-confidence, and the task difficulties of all fields. 본 연구는 싸띠명상 프로그램이 교사의 심리적 안녕감과 교사효능감에 미치는 영향을 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 위하여 전국에서 명상연수를 신청한 교사 52명을 실험집단과 통제집단으로 무선배치하고 실험집단에는 한 회기에 60분 씩 총 15회기의 좌선과 행선을 위주로 한 싸띠명상 프로그램을 실시하였다. 이 프로그램의 효과검증을 위해 프로그램 실시 전과 후에 실험집단과 통제집단에 대한 심리적 안녕감, 교사효능감 검사를 실시하고 공변량분석(ANCOVA)으로 자료를 처리하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째 싸띠명상에 참여한 교사들의 안녕감 수준이 유의미하게 증가하였다. 심리적 안녕감의 하위요인인 자아수용, 자율성, 환경에 대한 통제력, 개인적 성장 영역에서 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 싸띠명상에 참여한 교사들의 교사효능감 수준이 유의미하게 증가하였다. 교사효능감의 하위요인인 자기조절효능감, 자신감, 과제난이도의 모든 영역에서 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통하여 씨띠명상 프로그램이 교사의 직무수행에 필요한 교사의 심리적 안녕감과 교사효능감을 증진시킨다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 한계를 논의하였다.

The reaction of 2, 6-dichoroquinoxaline with m-chloroperbenzoic acid gave 2, 6-dichloroquinoxaline 4-oxide, whose reaction with sodium azide provided 7-chlorotetrazolo[1, 5-a]quinoxaline 5-oxide and not the isomeric azide. The structures of the synthesized compounds were confirmed on the basis of IR, ¹H-NMR, elemental analysis and mass spectral data.

The reaction of o-phenylenediamine with methyl pyruvate gave 3-methyl-2-oxo-1,2-dihydroquinoxaline, whose reaction with phosphoryl chloride afforded 2-ch-loro -3- methylquinoxaline . The reaction of 2- chloro-3- methylquinoxaline with sodium azide in dimethyl sulfoxide provided 4-rnothyltetrazolo(1,5-a)quinoxaline. The reac-tion of 2-chloro-3-methylquinoxaline with m-chloroperbenzoic acid gave 2-chloro-3-methylquinoxaline 4-oxide, whose reaction with sodium azide in dimethyl sulfoxide provided 4-mothyltetrazolo(1,5-a)quinoxaline 5-oxide. The tautomeric behavior of compound 15 and 17 between the azido and tetrazolo forms in a solid and solution was investigated on the basis of the tautomer ratio determined by the 1H-NMR spectral data. The tautomer ratios of the azido form versus the tetrazolo form were 1 : 2 and1 . 4.
