본 연구는 디지털 위험의 특성분석을 위한 탐색적 연구로 심리측정 패러다임을 활용하여 디지털 위험인식을 분석하였다. 특히 디지털 위험에 대한 인식을 전문가와 일반인 집단으로 구분하여 비교․분석을 시도하였다. 디지털 위험에 대한 심리측정 분석 결과는 전문가와 일반인 집단 모두 디지털 위험을 비교적 위험하다고 인식하고 있으며, 디지털 위험에 대해 유사한 위험인식 구조를 가지고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 디지털 위험은 두 개의 요인(위험의 두려운 정도, 위험의 이해가 어려운 정도)을 기준으로 4개의 유형으로 분류될 수 있다. 전문가와 일반인 집단 간에는 각각의 디지털 위험에 대한 일반적 위험인식 순위에 차이가 있는 것으로 발견되었다. 특히 일부 디지털 위험 요인의 경우에는 디지털 위험 유형 분류상의 차이가 있음을 확인할 수 있다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 효과적인 디지털 위험분석을 위한 정책적 함의를 제시하였다.

Kirkpatrick 모형을 적용한 공무원 교육효과 측정에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 Kirkpatrick 모형을 활용하여 개인정보보호 교육효과 측정모형 및 지표를 개발하고 신뢰성 및 타당성을 검토하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 개인정보보호 교육을 수강한 지방자치단체 공무원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 측정변수의 신뢰도를 분석한 결과, 각 구성개념에 대한 Cronbach"s α, CR, AVE는 모두 기준치 이상으로 단일차원에서의 각 구성개념별 측정변수의 신뢰도가 확보되었음을 확인하였다. 타당성 검증을 위한 주성분 분석결과, 17개 측정지표는 반응, 학습, 행동, 결과 등 4개의 요인으로 묶이는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 측정모형 분석 결과, 적합도 지수는 대부분 수용기준을 충족하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 각 구성개념별 집중타당도 및 판별타당도는 확보된 것으로 분석되었다. 고차요인분석 결과, 2차 요인인 개인정보보호 교육효과에 의해 가장 잘 설명되고 있는 1차 요인은 학습이며, 행동, 반응, 결과 등의 순으로 나타났다. 이상의 논의를 토대로 개인정보보호 교육효과에 관한 이론적 · 정책적 함의를 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to develop the measurement model of privacy educational effects. Applying with the Kirkpatrick model, this study develops the measurement model and the indicators to measure the effects of privacy education, and tests the validity and reliability of this model. The survey is conducted with the local officials taken the privacy education. The results of reliability tests indicate that the internal consistencies of each construct are ensured. The higher order factor analysis reveal the good fit indices to the data. The confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) confirm the convergent and discriminant validity of this measurement model. Furthermore, the principal component analysis (PCA) assure that the four factor solutions (reaction, learning, behavior and result) structure the model. Based on these findings, this study suggests theoretical and practical implications for the privacy education of local officials.

계획된 행동이론을 적용한 학습공동체(CoP) 참여와 성과

본 연구에서는 경찰공무원을 대상으로 CoP 참여 활동의 선행요인과 성과 간의 구조적 영향관계를 분석하고 그 함의를 제시하고자 하였다. 특히 본 연구는 기존 연구와는 달리 CoP 참여를 개인적차원에서 접근함으로써 CoP 참여 행동이 어떠한 요인에 의해 설명 예측될 수 있는지를 규명하고자 하였다. 구조방정식에 의한 가설검증 결과, CoP 참여 활동에 대한 태도와 주관적 규범, 그리고 지각된 행동통제는 CoP 참여에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, CoP 참여는 업무성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 경찰공무원의 CoP 참여 활성화를 위한 이론적 정책적 함의를 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the causal relationships among attitude toward the behavior, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, participation in the community of practice(CoP), and work performance. The results of data analysis by structured equation model(SEM) indicate that attitude toward the behavior significantly influences participation in the CoP. Also subjective norm and perceived behavioral control affect participation in the CoP. And participation in the CoP affects work performance. Based on the results, the theoretical and practical implications of this study are discussed.

도복에 관여하는 유용형질들을 조사하고 이들과 관련정도를 밝히기 위하여 형질간의 상호비교, 유전력, 표현형 상관과 유전상관, 경로계수를 분석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 포장도복정도의 관련정도가 높은 형질들은 간장, 하중비(Wl/P), Wl, 단립간 직경휨모멘트 (Wl/ d), 도복지수(L), Wl/A, 단립간 하중(W/l), P(임계도복하중), 임계도복하중지수(W s2 / l4 )등이었다. 2. 좌절하중(S)은 포장도복과 유의한 부의 상관을 보였다.(r=-0.3986* ) 3. 간경, 줄기단면적, 간벽 두께, 줄기 단면의 2차 관성모멘트는 포장도복과 상관을 보이지 않았다. 4. 간장, 엽중, 도복지수는 유전력이 높아서 육종을 위한 선발형질로서 지표가 될 수 있으리라 생각된다. 5. 직접, 간접효과는 정의 상관으로 간벽의 두께( P7y=0.6904), 엽중( P3y=0.2848), 근중( P1y=0.2658), 간경( P6y=0.2288)의 순이었으며 부의 상관은 간장 ( P5y=0.9640), 경중( P2y=-0.7072)의 순으로 나타나서, 간벽 두께가 두껍고 간장과 경중이 적을수록 도복에 강한 것으로 나타났다.강한 것으로 나타났다. This experiment was carried out to investigate the heritabilities, phenotypic correlation, genetic correlation and path-coefficients for desirable characters on the lodging related traits. Characters, that had high relation degree with field lodging degree, were rice-straw length, Wl /P, W/I, Wl /d, L, Wl / A, W/l, P, W s2 / l4 etc. Breaking strength appear negative correlation having an intention to field lodging. The second inertia moment of culm diameter trunk (branch), cross section area, rice-straw thickness and trunk cross section didn't appear negative coefficient with field lodging. It is considered that rice-straw length, leaf dry weight and lodging index, because of high heritability, become selection index of characters for breeding. In direct, indirect effect, and right rice-straw wall thickness appear largest( P7y =0.6904), the next is the order of leaf dry weight( P3y =0.2848), root dry weight ( P1y =0.2658), culm diameter ( P6y =-0.2280), and negative relation appear the order of rice-straw length ( P5y =-0.9640) and stem dry weight( P2y =-0.7072), therefore, the smaller culm length and stem dry weight, the stronger to lodging. to lodging.

상징적 문화축제의 서비스품질이 고객만족 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 상징적 문화축제의 서비스품질과 고객만족, 그리고 추천의도 간의 구조적 영향관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 대표적인 상징적 문화축제인 ‘나라꽃 무궁화축제’에 참여한 방문자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 서비스품질, 고객만족, 그리고 추천의도 간의 관계에 관한 가설을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 가설검증 결과, 서비스품질은 고객만족과 추천의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 고객만족은 추천의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 개인적 특성요인인 연령과 학력, 그리고 소득수준은 고객만족에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만 추천의도에는 학력만이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 무궁화축제 활성화를 위한 정책적 함의를 제시하였다.

여성친화적 인사정책이 직무동기 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 : 중앙행정기관 여성공무원들의 인식을 중심으로

본 연구에서는 중앙행정기관 여성공무원들의 여성친화적 인사정책에 대한 인식이 직무동기와 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 파악하여, 여성관련 인사정책을 향상시키기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 여성친화적 인사정책을 여성경력개발정책, 인사상 여성우대정책으로 구분하였다. 구조방정식 모형 분석결과 경력개발정책은 직무동기와 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는것으로 분석되었지만 여성우대정책은 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 여성공무원들의 직무동기 및 조직몰입 향상을 위한 여성친화적 인사정책의 개선방안을 제시하였다. In this paper, we tried to present a method to improve women-related personnel policies by investigating the effects of perception regarding women-friendly personnel policies of the female public officials at the central government offices on job motivation and organizational commitment. To do this, we divided women-friendly personnel policies into the policy for the career development of women and the personnel management policy giving preference to women. The results from structural equation modeling revealed that the career development policy had positive influences on job motivation and organizational commitment; however, that preference policy for women had no statically significant impacts thereon. Based on such analysis results, we presented an improvement method for women-friendly personnel policies in order to improve job motivation and organizational commitment of the female public officials.
