        임상가검물에서 분리된 녹농균의 항균제감수성

        A total of 100 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were isolated from urine(35), wound(34), sputum(16), and other clinical specimens, and tested for antimicrobial susceptibility to 21 drugs including 6 drugs of quinolones, 5 of β-lactam antibiotics, 5 of aminoglycosides, and 5 other drugs. Among the 100 strains of P aeruginosa, 26% of the strains were resistant to norfloxacin,32-35% to ciprofloxacin, ofloxacin, pefloxacin, and moxalactam, 41-6l% to enoxacin, carbenicillin, gentamicin, tobramycin, and rifampin, and 85-100% to the other 10 drugs. MIC 90% of the majority of drugs tested were higher than tested antimicrobial concentration except ciprofloxacin, rifampin, and moxalactam. All strains were found to be resistant to more than 3 drugs and 83 strains were resistant to more than 10 drugs.

      • 초등학생의 기체 압력 개념 학습을 위한 멀티미디어 교수 학습 자료 개발

        The purpose of this study was to develop the multimedia-based instructional resources emphasizing the particulate nature of matter for the learning of the pressure of the gas in elementary science classes. Based on the elementary nature curriculum and science textbooks, the gas pressure concept was divided into four subcatagories: Definition of the pressure of the gas, Origin of the pressure of the gas, Direction of the pressure of the gas and Properties of the pressure of the gas. And the operating structure of each subcatagories was consist of 7 subunits: Causing interest, Learning objective, Exploration experiment, Learning summary, Supplement experiment, Problem solving and Application. This multimedia-based instructional resources had been programmed in HTML and consisted of various types of videos, sounds, graphics, texts and animations. The 29 representative phenomena and experiments closely relating to the pressure of the gas was selected and producted to video files and computer animation files emphasizing the particulate nature of matter. The animation resources have been the particulate animations which represent the macroscopic phenomena of the behavior of the gas. These animation resources may enable the students to link experimental observations to their imagination of what happens at the particulate level and gain insight into the concept of the pressure of the gas.

      • 초등학교 자연과 용해 단원 학습에서 입자성을 강조한 컴퓨터 애니메이션 자료의 교수 효과

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the instructional influence of competer animation and worksheet emphasizing the dynamic particulate nature of solubility on student's conception in elementary science classes. Animation resources were consisted of 10 modules emphasizing the particulate nature of matter. Worksheets were designed to ask students to draw experimental results in particle terms. The subjects were 120 students of the 5th grade of elementry school and were divided into three groups; control group treated with the traditional instruction, experimental groupⅠpresented with the computer animation, experimental groupⅡusing the computer animation and worksheets. To investigate the instructional influences of animations and worksheets, student's comprehension of solubility concepts, course achievement, science-related attitudes were administered. After instruction, questionnaires regarding perception of animations and worksheets were administered in both experimental groups. Both experimental groups had significantly higher conceptual understanding score than that of control group(p<0.05). The experimental group 2 using worksheets performed better in explaining and representing own concept using particulate nature of matter. Course achievement score of both experimental groups was higher than that of control group(p<0.05). ANCOVA results using a previous achievement test score as a blocking variable revealed that both experimental groups have improved in conceptual understanding and course achievement regardless of previous course achievement level(p<0.05). Students of both experimental groups showed higher positive attitudes toward science instruction than that of control group(p<0.05).

        Since the first application of poly (N-vinylcarbazole)(PVK) in xerography, great interest has focused on photoconducivity and optical property of carbazole-containing polymers. We report here the optical properties of PVK(Mw=92,000, Mw=1,100,000) under various temperature. PL spectrum of PVK shows 2.98eV broad peak at room temperature, which is due to excimer from fully stacked carbazole moiety and strong 3.29eV peak at 19K. It might be due to partially sandwitched excimer energy and its intensity is increased with molecular weight.

      • 장기간 유산소 운동에 따른 혈청 MDA, SOD, CAT 활성도 변화연구

        The purpose of this study was to estimate the effect of aerobic and hand-held weight training in serum MDA, SOD & CAT activities and cardio-respiratory function in VO2max and anaerobic threshold. The other aim in this paper was to analyzed the relationship between cardio-respiratory variables in VO2max, anaerobic threshold levels and serum oxidants & anti-oxidants products. The results and conclusion in this study is obtained as follows. 1. Serum MDA concentraction following training period was shown a significantly decreased levels in UADTG (p<.01, 4wk vs. 12wk) and LADTG(p<.01, 0wk vs. 12wk, 8wk vs. 12wk), but no significant difference in UTCG. Also, serum MDA concentraction was shown a significant difference between group in training 12wk (p<.01, UADTG vs. UTCG). 2. Serum SOD activity following training period was shown a significantly increased levels in UADTG (p<.001, 0wk va. 8wk 0wk vs. 12wk, 4wk vs. 8wk, 4wk vs. 12wk, respectively) and LADTG (p<.001, 0wk vs. 8wk, 0wk vs. 12wk, 4wk vs. 8wk, 4wk vs. 12wk, respectively), but no significant difference in UTCG. Also, serum SOD activity was shown a significant difference between group in training 8wk (p<.01, 0wk vs. 8wk) and in training 12wk (p<.001, UADTG vs. UTCG, LADTG vs. UTCG, respectively). 3. Serum CAT activity following training period was shown a signicantly increased level in UADTG (p<.01, 0wk va. 8wk) and LADTG (p<.001, 0wk vs. 8wk, 0wk vs. 8wk, 0wk vs. 12wk, 4wk vs. 8wk, 4wk vs. 12wk, respectively), but no significant difference in UTCG. Also, Serum CAT activity was shown a significant difference in training 8wk (p<.001, UADTG vs. UTCG, LADTG vs. UTCG) and training 12wk (p<.001, UADTG vs. UTCG, LADTG vs. UTCG). 4. No significant relationship between cardioreaspiratory function variables and oxidants, anti-oxidants in the anaerobic threshold levels, However, it was proved a low correlation between oxidants and anti- oxidants variables. 5. It was shown a low positive correlation between VO2max and anti-oxidants enzyme activity, and between oxidants and anti-oxidants enzyme activity. As result above, This study suggest thst the hand-held weight training during aerobic training is positive effects by significantly improvement a cardiorespiratory function and serum oxidants and anti-oxidants enzyme activity.

      • 체육교사의 교직사회화 단계가 현직체육교사교육에 주는 시사점 제고

        본 연구는 체육교사의 교직사회화 단계에 관한 제 이론의 분석을 통하여 교직사회화 단계가 현직체육교사에 주는 시사점을 탐색하고, 추후 이 분야에 대한 연구방향을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 먼저 교직사회화 단계에 관한 개념과 접근방법을 고찰하고, 일반교사와 체육교사에 대해 제시되었던 교직사회화 단계의 이론을 살펴보았다. 마지막으로 이러한 체육교사의 교직사회화 단계에 관한 고찰을 통하여 현직체육교사의 측면에서 고려되어야 할 시사점을 제시하고 논의하였다. 체육교사의 교직사회화 단계가 현직체육교사교육이 필요하며, 이를 의해서는 먼저 현행의 기관중심 교육체제에서 탈피하여 학교중심, 개인중심의 교육체제가 활성화되어야 한다. 둘째, 교직 사회화 단계에 따른 체육교사의 교직생활에 대한 전반적인 상황을 파악하여 필요한 현직체육교사교육의 프로그램을 제시하여야 한다. 셋째, 현직체육교사교육은 교직사회화 단계에 따른 체육교사의 요구와 필요를 적절하게 반영해야 한다. 넷째, 체육교사의 교직사회화 단계에 따른 현직교사교육의 구체적인 실천적 프로그램이 개발 및 보급되고 실행해야 한다. 이와 같은 체육교사의 교직사회화 단계에 따른 현직체육교사에 주는 시사점을 고려할 때, 현직체육교사교육은 체육교사의 교직사회화 단계를 반영해야 하며, 구체적인 실천방안으로는 현직체육교사교육 전문가의 배치를 통해 체육교사의 교직사회화 단계, 교직사회화 과정, 체육교사의 요구 및 필요 등을 적절하게 고려하여 계획한 후 다양하면서도 구체적인 프로그램들을 마련하고 실행해야 할 것이다. 이상의 결론을 종합해 볼 때, 효과적인 현직체육교사교육이 이루어지기 위해서는 먼저 체육교사의 교직사회화 단계 및 관련 요인에 관한 종합적인 후속연구가 수행되어야 하며, 이러한 후속연구를 기초로 하여 현직체육교사교육의 방향을 설정한 후 구체적인 교육프로그램에 관한 다각적인 연구를 통해 체육교사에게 다양하면서도 교직생활에 실질적인 도움을 줄수 있는 현직체육교사의 프로그램이 제공되어야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to investigate implications of physical education teacher's education according to occupational socialization stages of teachers and propose to direction study for physical education teacher's education. For achieving this purpose, forehand the concept and access method of teacher's occupational socialization stages was investigated, and occupation socialization stages of teacher and physical education teacher was investigated. And implications of physical education teacher's education according to occupational socialization stages of teachers were investigated and discussed, From the discussion, the direction of proceeding study for physical education teacher's education was suggested. Implication of physical education teacher's education according to occupational socialization stages of teachers was as follows: First, physical education teacher's education considered occupational socialization stages of teachers should be need, teacher's education organization was converted association centered education organization into school and individual centered education organization for satisfaction of this need. Second, physical education teacher's education program should be suggested in consideration of occupational life of physical education teacher. Third, physical education teacher's education program should be considered of physical education teacher's needs and demands. Fourth, concrete and practical education program should be developed, diffused, and conducted in consideration of occupational socialization stages of physical education teachers. Form these conclusions, the direction of proceeding study for the effective physical education teacher's education should be need a assembled study about occupational socialization stages of physical education teachers, related factors of occupational socialization. And directions of physical education teacher's education should be prepared from this proceeding study. In conclusion, various and effective physical education teacher's education program should be suggested from the various study of concrete and practical education program.

        Methicillin耐性葡萄球菌에 미치는 抗菌劑 倂用效果

        One hundred and thirty-one strains of staphylococci isolated from various clinical specimens in 1985 were tested for antimicrobial susceptibility to 16 drugs by microdilution broth method, and 24 strains were found to be resistant to methicillin (Mt). Mt-resistant staphylococci (MRS) were in most cases resistant to the other drugs tested except vancomycin (Vc) in high frequency, but most Mt-susceptible staphylococci were susceptible to the drugs except erythromycin (Em), teracycline, gentamicin (Gm), and kanmycin (Km). The combined activity of Mt with the other drugs was tested on MRS by checkerboard and time-killing methods. (FIC) index of 0.05 to 0.5 in 95% of strains. Vc, ampicillin, cephalothin, and penicillin also showed synergistic effects in more than 50% of strains. The combination of oxacillin also showed the synergistic activity with some toehr drugs, such as Em, rifampin, and trimethoprim. Gm was antagonistic with Mt in some strains, and Km was antagonistic with Mt in most strains. Vc was synergistic with Mt, and moxalactam.
