본 연구에서 우리는 공간과, 공간에 의한 패턴과 특징들에 따라 조명 계획을 고려할 것이다. 본 연구는 주거, 의학적 치료 그리고 여가와 같은 다양한 서비스 공간들을 갖추고 있는 노인들을 위한 복지 시설에 적용된다. 우리는 노인복지 시설과 색상 이론에 따른 일반적인 조명을 참작하기 위한 자료를 조사할 것이다. 노인들을 위한 현 복지 시설들의 조명 환경과 공간의 특징에 관한 실내 조사는 실제 조명환경의 실험에 우선 될 것이다. 다음으로는 노인들이 조명에 대해 얼마나 잘 알고 있는지 알아내기 위해 그들을 대상으로 설문조사를 행할 것이며, 그 이후에 알맞은 빛의 세기와 특징들로 선별된 네 가지 공간의 정신적 유용성에 대한 실험을 분석한다. 또한 노인들을 위한 복지 시설 공간에 의한 특징과 관계된 지침들을 제시할 것이다. 본 연구를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 우리는 조명도구의 종류와 위치, 실제 시설 내부의 빛의 세기와 같은 조명 환경뿐만 아니라 크기, 형태, 그리고 그 공간의 색상과 같은 내부 공간의 환경을 확인할 것이다. 이것은 노인복지 시설 내부 조명환경의 실제적 상태를 파악하기 위함이다. 노인복지 시설의 조명환경 계획의 실험을 위해 침실, 복도와 계단, 식당, 거실의 조명환경에 관한 실험을 실시할 것이다. 높이와 알맞은 빛의 세기뿐만 아니라 조명 자원의 종류와 위치에 의한 환경 인식의 심리학적 테스트도 수행할 것이다. 이 실험은 두 단계가 될 것이며, 첫 번째 단계는 피실험자의 심리학적 테스트 결과를 얻고 그 원인을 분석함으로써 시험지를 조사하는 것이다. 두 번째 단계는 피실험자들 스스로 조명기기를 작동함으로써 가장 높은 빛의 세기, 알맞은 빛의 세기, 그리고 가장 낮은 빛의 세기를 찾도록 하는 것이다. In this study, we are going to consider illumination plans according to the feature of space; patterns and characters by spaces. This study applies to welfare facilities for the old that have various service spaces such as residence, medical treatment, and leisure. we are going to search documents to consider welfare facilities for the old and general illumination. Indoor examination about space features and illumination environment of current welfare facilities for the old will precede the real experiment of illumination environment. Next, we are going to conduct a questionnaire survey of the old to find out how much they are aware of illumination. And then, with the experiment about the right luminous intensity and a mental value for four spaces classified by features, we are going to analyze and present the guide considering features by spaces of the welfare facilities for the old. The summary of this study is as follows. We are going to check the environment of the inner space, such as size, shape, and color of the space, as well as the environment of illumination, such as the position and the kind of a light source, and inner luminous intensity of real facilities. This is to grasp the actual condition of inner illumination environment of the welfare facilities for the old. For the experiment of the illumination environment plan for the welfare facilities for the old, we are going to make a experiment about illumination environment of sleeping rooms corridors and stairs, dining rooms and fluxing rooms Psychological test of recognizing environment by the position and the kind of a light source, as well as the height and right luminous intensity will be carried out. The experiment will be 2 steps; 1st step is to get the result of a testee's psychological test and to examine the test paper by analyzing the cause; step 2 is to let the testee find out the highest luminous intensity, right luminous intensity, and the lowest luminous intensity by operating an illuminator by himself.

TiOCl$_2$수용액과 암모니아수의 반응으로부터 얻은 titanium hydroxide 침전물에 대해 각각 NaOH 또한 HCl 처리를 통하여 비교적 낮은 온도에서 결정성이 우수하고, 높은 비표면적을 갖는 결정형 TiO$_2$나노분말을 제조하였다. 저온처리 조건을 변화시킴으로써 TiO$_2$분말의 결정상과 입자 모양을 제어할 수 있었는데, NaOH 처리한 다음 산처리한 분말에는 아나타제와 루틸상이 함께 형성되었으며 구형입자와 긴 스핀들 모양의 입자들로 이루어져 있었고, 비등수 처리 시에는 열처리를 통해 아나타제상의 구형 입자들을 얻을 수 있었다. Titanium hydroxide를 0.1M과 0.5M에 산처리한 분말은 모두 아나타제상을 나타내었는데, 0.1M의 분말은 구형입자로 이루어져 있었고, 0.5M의 경우는 대부분 구형입자들로 이루어져 있었지만 스핀들 모양의 입자들도 소량 관찰되었으며, 2M에 산처리한 분말은 루틸상으로서 모두 스핀들 모양의 입자들로 이루어져 있었고, 제조된 분말의 비표면적은 약 240-250$m^2$/g을 나타내었다.

제 2형 당뇨모델 OLETF 랫드에서 동충하초의 항당뇨 효과

본 연구는 동충하초(Isaria tenuipes)를 유전적 당뇨 질환동물모델인 OLETF 랫드에서 4주간 경구 투여하여 항당뇨효과에 대한 연구결과로써, OLETF 랫드 동충하초(Isariatenuipes) 투여군은 당뇨대조군과 비교하여 투여 4주에는사료 섭취량과 체중이 증가하였다. 이는 동충하초(Isariatenuipes)를 섭취한 OLETF 랫드는 고지방식 사료만 섭취한 OLETF 랫드에 비해 당뇨 유발이 개선된 결과로 판단된다. 혈중 포도당 농도, 인슐린 농도 및 인슐린 저항성 지표인 HOMA-IR 수치가 용량 의존적으로 감소하였다. 또한GLUT4 유전자 발현을 측정한 결과 대조군에 비해 동충하초(Isaria tenuipes) 투여군의 mRNA 및 단백질이 용량의존적으로 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 따라서, 동충하초(Isaria tenuipes)의 섭취가 제2형 당뇨에서 인슐린의 감수성이나 저항성에 영향을 미치고, 혈당을 강화시키는 것으로 사료되므로 당뇨병환자의 혈당저하에 기여할 것이라기대한다. 이에 본 연구는 천연물질을 이용한 당뇨병의 예방 및 치료에 동충하초(Isaria tenuipes)를 사용할 수 있는이론적 토대를 제공할 것으로 생각된다. We evaluated the anti-diabetic effects of Isaria tenuipes in diabetes mellitus type 2. For the experiments,the diabetic animal model OLETF rats were divided to 4 groups: Isaria tenuipes was administered mixed with the high fat diet 45% at dose levels of 0.0%, 0.1%, 1.0%, and 5.0% for 4 weeks. All animals have free access to water and high fat diet 45%. The diabetic clinical markers, including clinical signs, body weight and food intake, organ weights, blood glucose level, insulin level and HOMA-IR index, oral glucose tolerance test, GLUT4 mRNA and protein were measured at a time. After administration for 4 weeks, the blood glucose levels, insulin levels and HOMAIR index of test groups were decreased compared with control group in dose-dependent manner. The body weight and diet consumptions were reduced in control group at 4 weeks. The treatments of Isaria tenuipes also showed high expression of GLUT4 mRNA and protein in the muscle of OLETF rats. The results suggest that Isaria tenuipes has anti-hyperglycemic effect attenuating blood glucose in the animal model of type 2 diabetes and might be useful as a functional diet for human diabetic diseases.
