      • 중국 대학 도서관의 대출정책에 관한 조사

        본 조사는 시대에 맞는 도서관 정책을 설정하기 위하여 진행중인 조사의 일환으로 전년도에 발표한 국내 대학 도서관의 대출규정에 관한 조사** 논문에 이어 중국 대학 도서관의 대출규정에 대하여 조사하였다. 중국의 대학 순위 1위에서 70위까지의 대학 도서관들을 대상으로 조사를 진행하였으며, 각 대학 도서관 홈페이지에 수록된 내용들을 중심으로 조사하였다.

In this paper, we shall show that there are some problems on which a CRCW alogorithm outperforms the best possible EREW algorithm. For the problem of finding the maximum element in an array, concurrent-write permit a faster alogorithm.

      • 現代企業에 있어서 要求되는 秘書의 資質과 當面課題에 관한 考察

        In the mid 1970s, the industrial structure rapidly shifred from light industry to heavy and chemical industry, in the course of which the shortage of which the shortage of skilled manpower became apparent in industry although we were favored with important human resoures, a well trained and educated working labor force. To meet the demanded, great emphasis has been placed on the mobilization of the labor force into the industrial sector from the primary sector, together with the utilization of the female labor force. Under these changing circumstances, the secretarial role has emerged as an important part of business management parallel with the technical innovation and modernization in our industrial community. The purpose of this survey is to study concepts of their secretaries' status and performance. A brief summary of the results show following : (1) Today is playing a major role in the rapid transition to industrialization and has close contact with the rest of the world. This behavior is characterized by a complex structura duality ; that is, modernity and tradition. This duality is also found in the secreterial image of Korean executives. (2) The professionalism of the secretarial career is also more highly respected in the more educated executive group. Since our economic progress is expected to continue at a speedy pace during the coming decade, the increasing demand for well-trained secretaries will expedite the upgrading of secretarial position in Korean business society. (3) With rapid economic growth, the demand for professional managers who understand the discipline of management and who also have knowledge in all discipline that have relevance to management will increase at an unexpectedy rapid pace. Therefore, the demand for able secretaries who can demonstrate initiative, provide more assistance, and assume many secretarial responsibilities performed by male workers will become more apparent in view of the monpower scarcity that has recently begun to appear. (4) In a specialized society, secretaries will have to meet greater performance demands. The ability of a technical will be required to increase in relationship to our scientific and techn logical progress, which has already brought about tremendous changes. As trades and eommunication among nations increase and industrial firms become multi-national in character, the education of secretaries of excellent cabiber, intelligence and skills should be planned and carrid out over a long period of time. Finally, it may be noted that by raising secretarial standards and meeting the demand for secretaries, secretarial education has a double value : developing surplus female labor which can be mobilized immediately to meet the nation's seconomic needs and industrial advance on the hand and an enhancement of women's social status in society on the other.

        N-TiO2 광촉매의 제조와 광촉매 활성 검토

        가시광선에 감응하는 광촉매를 제조하기 위하여 TiO2에 질소(N)를 도핑하여 N-TiO2를 제조하였다. 제조한 광촉매의 결정성, 입자 형상 및 도핑 상태는 XRD, FE-SEM 및 XPS를 이용하여 조사하였다. 제조한 광촉매의 활성 평가는 메틸렌블루의 광분해로 조사하였다. 제조한 광촉매는 anatase type이었으며, pH가 높을수록 결정화도가 향상되었다. 제조한 광촉매의 입자 크기는 pH 2.0에서 5.42 nm, pH 4.7에서 5.99 nm, pH 9.0에서 7.58 nm로, 입자 크기는 pH가 증가 할수록 약간씩 증가하였다. 광촉매의 활성은 결정화도에 비례하였다. TiO2에 N를 도핑하여 제조한 N-TiO2가 가시광선 하에서도 활성을 나타냈다. TiO2에 도핑한 N는 격자 속에 존재하는 것이 아니라 표면에 존재하였다. Visible-light-responding photocatalysts, N-TiO2, were prepared by nitrogen doping onto TiO2. The crystalline structure and morphology, doping state of the prepared photocatalysts were characterized by XRD, FE-SEM, and XPS. The activity of the prepared photocatalysts was examined by the decomposition of methyleneblue. The prepared catalysts were anatase type and the crystallinity was increased with pH. The particle sizes of the prepared catalysts were 5.42, 5.99, 7.58 nm at pH 2.2, 4.7, 9.0, respectively. The particle sizes of the prepared catalysts were slightly increased with pH. The activity of the photocatalysts was directly proportional to the crystallinity of the catalysts. N-TiO2 prepared by nitrogen doping onto TiO2 showed activity under visible light. The doped nitrogen was located not in the lattice but on the surface.

Thereupon this brings about national overseas competitive power's weakness Sometime this threatens financeial system s stability. Therefore this thesis studies korean bank's insolvent credit problem. This thesis presents arrangement methods of insolvent credit. Jointly this treats insolvent credit's concept, the present condition, production origin, insolvent credit's side effects, arrangement necessity. For the first time government's policy finance is responsible for insolvent credit problem. This pointss out policy finance's failure in progress policy enforcement this investigates foreign country s cases. Especially this checks Japan, U.S.A. and third world's experiences to find out hints. There are several ways to settle insolvent credit problem. Those are withdrawal postponement of korean bank's special support, issuig of finance bond, government's financial support to industry's rationalization loan Especially real name system of finance has been acted tightly since 1993.8.12. But there are much money not to transfer real name yet. One way finance undeserving customer must be stopped on deal in all finance institution. Because not sincere customer gives harm to no-specified persons. Once whoever gives harm to finance institution. They must be restricted in all finance transactions. Banks also must make an self-saving efforts. Definitely that methods are disposal of group's order companies and keeping real estate. Second is clear debts through appropriation money. Third is preparing for redemption funds through the inner reservation amplification. Ahead of such a solving effort prevent of insolvent credit is very important. Insolvent credit occuring may be preveted perfectly on theory. But that is impossible. Accordingly insolvent credit occuring possiblity must be minimized. For this bank managers must clear the loan policy, duty and limit of loan Judging. In the decision of loan judger's opinion must be reflected.

        잠재력 화재 폭발 위험 지역 작업용 녹전환형 중방식 코팅제의 특성에 관한 연구

        This study was concerned with the development of a heavy duty rust-converting agent, the function of which is to form metal complex coatings, containing vinyl halide-acrylic terpolymer emulsion, defoamer, emulsifying agent, glass flakes, chelating agent such as gallotannic acid, gallic acid, and pyrogallic acid, and other additives. The resulted emulson products(Sample No. 1∼No. 5) were characterized through test either in the forms of emulsions, which include Viscosity, Veneration rate, Acidity and Film drying rate test, or in the forms of coated layer on rusty steel substrates by FT-IR, which include hardness, gloss, salt spray, adhesion and flame retardant test. The test results are as follows ; Peneration rate(0.1∼0.4 ㎜/min), Soild content(70%), Acidity (pH 1.8∼2.0), Specific gravity(1.30∼1.35), Film drying rate(108min, RH 40%; 150min, RH 80%), Gloss(83∼92, incident angle 60˚; 88∼97, incident angle 85˚), Pencil hardness(4H∼5H), Adhesion (100/100), Salt spray test($gt;720Hr), LOI(%) value(38%), Vertical burning test(UL 94-v-1). According to the various performance of specimens show above, the evaluation of the availability of this heavy duty rust-converting agent can be concluded that all the samples(No. 1∼No. 5) are capable of being used in the field of chemical plant and in the hazard areas of fire and explosion potential. It was observed that the properties of sample No. 2, especially gloss and hardness, were much better than that of the other samples.

      • 뇨중 Acebutolol과 Acetyl대사체의 HPLC 분석

        A simple, sensitive high-performance liquid chromatographic assay for the simultaneous determination of acebutolol and acebutolol acetyl metabolite in human urine is described. These compounds are separated by a reversed -phase chromatographic system (MicroPak MCH-10 ODS column) with acetonitrile-0.IM phosphate buffer-water(55:6:39,v/v) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0ml/min and fluorescence detection at 335nm(Ex.) and 475 nm(Em.) The retention times of acebutolol acetyl metabolite, acebutolol and internal standard were 6.42, 9.52 and 12.01min respectively in the urine. The pH of mobile phase was adjusted to 5.0 with phosphoric acid. Protein sample was precipitated by the addition of methanol. The internal standard used was meclofenamate. The sensitivity of the method is 0.15 ㎍/㎖. Quantification was achieved by the measurement of the peak height ratio, and the relative recovery rate ranged from 94 to 99% when compared with that from water. Inter-day coefficients of variation(CV) ranged 0.42 - 2.11% for acebutolol and 0.74 - 3.13% for acetyl metabolite, and intra-day CV varied 0.31 - 2.11 % for acebutolol and 1.57 - 6.40 % for acetyl metabolite. The method may be used for Pharmacokinetic studies, therapeutic control, and the optimization of treatment.

      • 國際貿易에 있어서 EDI의 法的 諸問題와 活性化 方案에 따른 考察

        The device of international trade has been established in the middle of the 19th century after the Industrial Revolution and also has been predominantly a safe and reliable means of transactin until today. With the extension of international trade scale, Electronic Data Interchange(ED1) was devised to simplify trade procedures and reduce the expense. ED1 means a method of electronic information transmission that the parties to contract can supersede traditional trade transactions without the re-input process of data between computers. ED1 system will cause considerable changes in international trade patterns based on traditional trade documents when it is widely used in the near future. The Purpose of this study is to research the expecting legal problems and commercial problems of ED1 message compared with traditional documents and possible solutions to them. First, now most traders have the only superficial knowledge and understanding of it, although the ED1 message has been parties used in trade business, Under the existing circumstances, one of most important tasks is how to simplify and standardize ED1 message. Second, there are some legal problems whether it has same legal function, like traditional trade documents, though ED1 message is the transaction of paperiness. Third, a sales contract is conclude on the principle of mutal agreement. It is apparent that the concept of arrival is applied to the data and place in the conclusion of a sales contract though the ED1 message. Fourth, there exist problems according to the performance of a contract in international trade. Electronic B/L which has title of document was suggested within the CMI rules and has made up the Crisis of traditional paper B/L. Fifth, in conclusion of a sales contract through the ED1 message, unexpected obstacles may arise due to the problems of the system or transmission. Therefore, the acknowledgement of receipt between contracting parties is necessary against unexpected troubles. Finally, the systematical device for the use of EDI message are as follows: ① It is necessary to have acknowledgement for the peculiarity and interest of relating industry and to have a new recognition that can adjust them and take a decisive introduction of EDI. ② It should be supported all cost for employee's software and administrative supports to spread ED1 message, namely, there might be some methods such as low-interest founds by long-tenn credit for the development fund of user's software and a special loan for the purchase of software. ③ It is essential to establish the intended business, the method of business conduct and ED1 system which can give a maximum satisfaction to the user. And it is necessary to support the training of experts and public relations through the cooperation between organizations. ④ It should be continuously and technically done research on, not temporary, the study of ED1 message form the views of legal and commerce.

        제강Slag 충진 폐플라스틱/복합 전도성 filler 복합재료의 전자파 차폐 효과

        Electromagnetic interference(EMI) shielding characteristics of composite filled with Cu flake and carbon brush powder as hybrid conductive filler and EAF slag have been studied. The coaxial transmission line method of ASTM D4935-99 was used to measure the EMI Shielding effectiveness of composites as formulation in frequency rage 100~1,000MHz. The SE also increases with the increase in filler loading. The hybrid filler filled composites show higher SE compared to that of only Cu flake. The correlation between SE and conductivity of the various composites is also discussed. The results indicate that the composites having higher filler loading(≥40wt.%) can be used for the purpose of safety materials to protect hazardous electromagnetic interference.

        Effect of Poly(ethylene glycol) dimethyl ether Plasticizer on Ionic Conductivity of Cross-Linked Poly[siloxane-g-oligo (ethylene oxide)] Solid Polymer Electrolytes

        Cross-linked network solid polymer electrolytes were prepared by means of in situ hydrosilylation between poly[hydromethylslioxane-g-oligo(ethylene oxide)] and diallyl or triallyl group-containing poly(ethylene glycols). The conductivities of the resulting polymer electrolytes were greatly enhanced upon the addition of poly(ethylene glycol) dimethyl ether (PEGDME) as an ion-conducting plasticizer. Conductivities of the cross-linked polymer electrolytes were more dependent on the molecular weight of PEGDME than on the cross-linkers. The maximum conductivity was found to be 5.6×10-4 S/cm at 30 oC for the sample containing 75 wt% of PEGDME (Mn = 400). These electrolytes exhibited electrochemical stability up to 4.5 V against the lithium reference electrode. We observed reversible electrochemical plating/stripping of lithium on the nickel electrode.
