Mook Jae(?齋), Lee Moon Gun(李文楗, 1492~1567) was a bureaucrat of the 16th century. He was posterity of a powerful family but sufferring collapsed his family from Gimyo(己卯), Eulsa(乙巳) massacre and ended his life in the place of exile. In 1545, Lee Hui, his nephew, was condemned to death as the principal of Eulsa massacre, Lee Moon Gun was also condemned to exile for involvement guilt. By analyzing The Diary of Mook Jae(?齋日記) which Lee Moon Gun wrote, this paper explores ordinary people's trusting their livelihoods to a higher man and living as the husbands or wives of slaves by marrying with slaves. Lee Moon Gun and his family was politically and socially fell dawn from long exile and was econmically not rich. After exile, he was increasing his property by harvesting public and private field and interests from the body charge from the slaves(身貢). But the body charge collected from the slaves was comparatively low in its ratio of collection. Lee Moon Gun and his family not only had slaves but also the husbands and wives of slaves by inter-marriages between a free man (or woman) and a slave(良賤交婚). husbands of female slave(婢夫) bear the responsibility for the wife's body charge, and their children become slaves. To support their livelihoods and avoid compulsory labour(國役), the ordinary people who had being ruined in the 16th century temporarily trusted their livelihoods to a higher man(投託). But these were their suvival strategies. Although they lived as the husbands or wives of slaves, the status of them were different from slaves. They were free to destroy their marriage with slaves. They temporarily trusted their livelihoods to a Yangban(兩班), but when things gradually improved, they tried to establish free and indepent lives for themselves.

이 글은 공시태 안에서의 언어 변화에 대하여 관심을 두고 한국어의 청자높임법의 강화현상에 대하여 논의한다. “주문하신 커피 두 잔 나오셨어요.”처럼 주체높임어미 ‘-으시-’를 통해 청자 높임을 강화하려는 화자의 의도가 반영된 표현이 현대 한국어에서 자연스럽게 확산하고 있다. 이러한 표현이, 당연히 규범문법에는 어긋나지만 표현 강화의 필요에 의해 확산하고 있어 앞으로의 문법 변화를 예고한다. 비록 지금 단계에서는 규범이 아니지만 이러한 현상이 굳어져서 언어사회가 채택하면 변화가 이루어질 것이기 때문이다.

지방 대도시는 1980년대 중반 이후 도시팽창에 따른 주거기능의 분산으로 도심지역의 상주인구 감소와 각종 도심기능의 쇠퇴 등 심각한 도심공동화 현상을 겪어오고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 대도시 도심의 심각한 당면과제로서 도심쇠퇴 현상의 실증분석을 통한 도심재생의 정책방안을 모색해 보았다. 첫째, 도심 자체에 대한 문제점을 인식하여 관련주체의 활동을 촉진하고 정부의 행ㆍ재정적 수단을 규정하는 법제화가 필요하다. 둘째, 도심의 개별적 여건이나 문제에 부합되는 다양하고 융통성 있는 사업방식의 활용이다. 셋째, 도심재생을 위한 실천적인 계획 및 집행수단의 확보이다. 장기적 비전, 구체적인 수단과 선도사업을 포함하는 "심재생종합계획"의 수립이 필요하다. 넷째, 도심재생을 위한 자발적인 민ㆍ관 협력 추진체계의 정비이다. 공공부문이 도심재생의 기틀을 조성하고, 민ㆍ관이 협력하는 도심관리조직이 필요하다. Local metropolitan cities in South Korea are confronted with the far-reaching ??doughnut phenomenon??since the mid-1980, suffering from dwindling residents and waning city core functions. This study, keeping the problems in mind, is intended to suggest urban center regeneration policies through the specific analysis on city fading as a challenging issue at stake. The findings of the study are following. Firstly, it's required that those cities should introduce legal devices sooner or later that enable to mobilize both organizational and administrative & financial support. Secondly, various and flexible businesses, corresponding to specific milieu and problems of cities, should be utilized. Thirdly, they should secure substantial plans and implementing means for urban center regeneration.??A comprehensive plan on urban center regeneration??that includes a long-term vision and leading businesses is needed. Last but not least, the establishment of public-private partnership for urban center regeneration is imperative. For instance, a town management organization is prerequisite to support the urban center regeneration and public-private partnership.

The participatory government of Roh Moo-Hyun Administration, along with its inauguration, has initiated the decentralization policy as one of the stepping stones for better national developments. The policy is sure to have a greater impact on local entities than ever before. Thus, each local society is being pressured to transform itself into a local governance drawing on the co-operative networks with businesses, mass media, colleges and NGOs from the earlier local government-oriented managements. It's hoped that the introduction of local governance will metamorphose local governments into community-owned ones, which shall work as the alpha and omega of democracy in local societies free from the dominance of the central government.

In order to detect the partial discharge with the metallic particle in GIS the AE(Acoustic Emission) sensor was designed and simulated by ANSYS 5.5 and manufactured as the coupled vibration mode. The measured resonant frequency and the maximum sensitivity frequency of three coupled AE sensors were as follows ; 147.88 kHz in 8.1mm $\Phi$$\times$8.1mm 128.82 kHz and 58.8 kHz in 9.5 mm$\Phi$$\times$9.5mm, 85.22 kHz and 32.6 kHz in 14.3 mm$\Phi$$\times$14.3 mm, resonant frequency of the AE sensor. The AE sensor of 9.5 mm$\Phi$$\times$9.5mm responded higher than the other coupled vibration mode AE sensor at the partial discharge detection in GIS.
