The purpose of this research is providing topics for gym activation by comparing gymnast and parents' view with director's view. The results of this research is continued in these points such as the purpose of gym training, the factor of gym secession, the character of director and facilitites, the most important factor of gym selection, and gym satisfaction. First, director and parents think the purpose of training TaekwonDo as health, physical strength, self-defense, and character enlighten, but gymnast in person thinks as physical strength and self-defense. Second, the factor of gym secession is that gymnast doesn's want to cause inconvenience to the study. Director recognizes lack of program diversity as a second factor, but gymnast and parents recognize lack of interest as a second. Third, director think positive to evaluation of director and facilities. It is important to recognize gym facilities and director character as a customer point, gymnast, gymnast. But they evaluate self-point. Four, the most important factor of gym selection is director's character to director and parents. Also, transmitting by word of mouth is more important to gym selection than an advertisement. So, there is difference of recognition between director and parents in a importance of gym selection, so it is necessary for director to consider as a parents point. Fifth, the difference of factor importance and satisfaction at gym selection is dissimilarity of expected TaewonDo service and actual experineced service.
