대학생의 가족건강성과 적응유연성이 진로적응에 미치는 영향 = Influence of Family Health and Adaptive Flexibility on Career Adaptation

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생이 가족의 구성원으로서 진로를 결정하고 그에 맞게 대학교생활에 적응하는데, 가족건강성에 따른 적응유연정도가 학교적응에 어떤 영향을 주며, 학교적응관계는 진로적응에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 살펴보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 280명의 대학생을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하였고, 수집된 자료로 결과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과는 첫째, 대학생의 학교적응에는 가족건강성, 적응유연성, 진로적응성 간 영향이 있었는데 가족건강성과 적응유연성이 학교적응에 미치는 영향은 유의하게 나타났으며, 둘째, 가족건강성과 적응유연성이 진로적응성에 미치는 영향도 유의하게 나타났다. 셋째, 가족건강성이 학교적응을 매개변수로 하여 진로적응성에 미치는 것에는 간접적 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 적응유연성이 학교적응을 매개변수로 하여 진로적응성에 미치는 것에도 간접적 효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 따라서 건강한 가정환경에서의 적응 유연한 관계를 기초로 긍정적인 변화를 갖는다고 할 수 있다. 즉, 자녀에게 미치는 적응유연정도는 자녀 진로에도 학교적응 관계를 통해 더 나은 방향으로 돕는다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 현 대학생들의 학교적응에 관한 다양한 후속연구가 이루어져야 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine how adaptability according to family health affects school adaptation, and how school adaptation affects career adaptation as a member of the family member. To this end, 280 university students were asked to fill out a self-subscribed survey and the results were analyzed with collected data. The analysis results showed that first, there was an effect between family health, adaptability, and career adaptability on college students' school adaptation, and secondly, the effect of family health and adaptability on school adaptation was significant, and thirdly, the indirect effect of family health on school adaptation was found to have on school adaptation by using school application parameters. Therefore, it can be said that there are positive changes based on adaptive flexible relationships in a healthy home environment. In other words, we could see that the degree of adaptation to children helps them in a better direction through school adaptation relationships even in their careers. Various follow-up studies on current college students' school adaptation should be conducted.
