부동산서비스업의 기업윤리와 사회적 역할에 관한 일고 = A Study on Corporate Ethics & Social Role of Real Estate

  1. CONTENTS<BR>  (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES<BR>  Through research of corporate ethics of real estate service business followed by the changing real estate environment and its social role and responsibilities.<BR>  The object of this thesis is to raise the importance of corporate ethics and the social role of real estate service business.<BR>  (2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR>  This study adopted the existing theoretical literature review. Domestic and overseas materials such as paper, books, etc, are used.<BR>  (3) RESEARCH RESULT<BR>  The corporate ethics and the social role of real estate service business are very important to enhance the quality of circulation.<BR>  2. RESULT<BR>  In modern society, service enterprise will face many growth opportunities as well as be threatened. For such an environment, to survive, grow, and develop service business, the enterprise must start to newly reform.<BR>  Real estate service business should promise with new innovative thinking and actions to renovate several behind aspects compared wi th the manufacturing business.<BR>  To improve the real estate service business, in terms of ethics, professional management enterprise should be made in order to enhance the quality of circulation.<BR>  In addition, to increase the consumer confidence of the real estate service business industry, service quality for consumer, namely, customer should be enhanced, and employee management should be maintained throughout.<BR>  To support the real estate service business circle corresponded with rapidly changing real estate environment, public sectors, as well as civil business circles are needed to promote service ethics.
