효율적인 U-City 서비스 운영에 관한 연구

The downturn in the construction business due to the limit of the propulsion system has caused the stagnation of U-City construction recently. After the U-City project is completed, a large amount of maintenance costs left on a big burden on fiscal conditions of the poor local government.
Therefore, we try to study the management scheme and efficient U-service strategy.
In this study, we look at the current state of U-City and domestic policy direction of the government, the U-City-related legal system, and the incentive plan and problems having been presented. It is necessary for poor municipalities to reduce U-service operating costs. For this reason, it is necessary to compromise between the U-service related laws and institutions research continued to support at the national level. In addition, to solve the problem of standardization diffusion of common platform, the wisdom is required, and we must cooperate with each other to share the information sharing and U-services between local governments.
It must be an important service to build a safety net of people, and will contribute to improving the quality of people's lives. To that end, industry, academia, research, government must work together.

신도시 건설에 집중되던 U-City 사업추진이 완공후 운영 및 유지보수의 부담으로 인해 U-City 서비스 활성화 전략을 위해 U-City관련 법,제도 현황과 정부 정책 방향과 활성화 방안을 제시하였다.
