정서불안 문제 아동을 대상으로 한 집단 연극치료 프로그램 개발 = Developing a drama therapy for a group of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder

The Drama Therapy is a therapy, which is used in order to resolve or help to resolve a problem of a person or a group. This thesis develops a drama therapy program based on EPR(Embodiment, Projection, Role) Theory by Sue Jennings, the drama therapist from England, and Distancing Theory by Robert J. Landy, the drama therapist from U. S. A.$$a$$a The program was tested on the children with ADHD(Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). As a result, those conclusions were produced$$a$$aSubjective Conclusions (Concluded by the self-evaluations of the ten children who were tested and an observer)$$a$$aA. Gained confidence.$$a$$aB. Became calm.$$a$$aC. A Child who did not want to attend a school started to like a school and to attend.$$a$$aObjective Conclusions (Concluded by the tester)$$a$$aA. Hyperactive and Attention Difficulty of nine out of ten children were decreased.$$a$$aB. Impulsive-Act of nine out of ten children was decreased.$$a$$aC. ADHD level of all ten children had positive change.$$a$$a To utilize it for a school will help to solve an ADHD-child''s trouble early as well as to help to solve a teenager problems.$$a$$a

국문 초록 (Abstract)

연극치료란 연극을 매개로 하여 개인이나 집단의 문제를 해결하거나 적어도 도움을 주는 치료적 행위이다. 본 연구자는 영국의 연극 치료사인 Sue Jennings의 EPR(체현-투사-역할)이론과 미국의 연극 치료학자 Robert J. Landy의 역할모델 이론 및 거리조절모델 이론을 기초로 하여 집단 연극치료 프로그램을 설계하였다. 설계한 집단 연극치료 프로그램을 정서불안 문제가 있는 아동을 대상으로 실시하였다. 정서불안 문제 아동에게 본 집단 연극치료 프로그램을 실시한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.$$a$$a주관적인 검증방법에 의한 결론은 다음과 같다.$$a$$a1) 내성적이던 아동이 명랑해지고 자신감이 증가하였다. 2) 산만하고 과잉행동을 보이던 아동이 침착하고 진지해졌다. 3) 학교에 오기 싫어하던 아동이 학교생활을 즐거워했다.$$a$$a객관적인 검증방법에 의한 결론은 다음과 같다.$$a$$a1) 연구대상 아동 9명의 주의집중 어려움과 과잉행동이 감소하였다. 2) 연구대상 아동 9명의 충동성과 과잉행동이 감소하였다. 3) 연구대상 아동 10명의 정서불안 측정수치의 긍정적인 변화가 있었다.$$a$$a향후 본 연구의 집단 연극치료 프로그램을 학교 사회복지 서비스 프로그램으로 활용한다면 특히 청소년 발달과정에서 나타나는 아동의 정서불안 문제를 조기에 해결하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.$$a$$a
