모의재판을 적용한대학 <사고와 표현> 교과 수업의 학습효과 = The Effects on <Thinking and Expressions> in a University Program Using a Moot

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study designed a moot program to improve thinking power and communication ability as a learning goal of <Thinking and Expressions>, a university program, and applied it in the classroom. As a result of an interview using a questionnaire after the class was completed, it was discovered that the class using a moot was effective for developing thinking power and communication ability in students as opposed to a traditional class.
It seems that the moot worked positively through argument, discussion and judgement toward the learning goals. That is, students were trained to improve their critical thinking through argument and discussion and developed reasonable thinking processes through judgement. In other words, the students thought more scientifically and intensively through the trial process rather than in a discussion-oriented traditional class.
