혁신(모바일 LMS)의 확산 모형 및 측정 도구 개발 = Exploring factors affecting learner`s adoption of mobile learning management systems in a cyber university

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of the study was to investigate critical factors affecting learners` adoption of mobile learning management system and diffusion of the innovation in organizational level. To identify the attributes of innovation, the measurement tool was developed based on Rogers`s theory of diffusion of innovation. The participants were 1,608 students in A cyber university in Korea. An extensive survey was conducted in Spring 2013. Through exploratory factor analysis, the researchers identified integrated factor`s structure, including observabilitiy, complexity, compatibility, trialability and relative advantage, as Rogers suggested. Additionally, psychological resistance was identified as an emerging factor as a result of this study. The significance of this study was to identify diffusion theory of innovation empirically.
