읍면동 사회복지전담공무원의 빈곤에 대한 태도에 영향을 미치는 요인

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study set out to investigate the factors affecting welfare bureaucrats attitude toward the poverty. To address these research questions quantitative research methode was used with designed questionnaire. The final sample size was 697 welfare bureaucrats in Gwangju city and Geonnam area, South Korea. Hierarchical regression analysis was used for analysis. As a result, the study reveals that welfare bureaucrats attitude toward the poverty was maintained conservatively and there are some factors affecting welfare bureaucrats attitude. Professional variables such as motivation, social work idealism affected positively, but the amount of spent years service delivery and negative impression of clients affected conservatively attitude toward the poverty. Based on these results, the study discussed implications to enhance positively welfare bureaucrats attitude toward the poverty.
