의료기사의 근무환경 위해성이 근골격계 문제·피로·불안 및 수면장애에 미치는 영향 = Effects of medical technologists's Working Condition Risk on Musculoskeletal Problems, Fatigue, Anxiety, and Sleep Disorder

국문 초록 (Abstract)

COVID-19 이후에 병원 내 종사자들의 근무환경에 관한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 의료기사는 다양한 위험요인들에 노출되어 있으나 타 직군에 비해 근무환경에 따른 건강문제 관련 연구가 많지 않아 그에 따른 기초자료를 만들기 위해 연구를 진행하였다.
제6차 근로환경조사(KWCS)에 참여한 의료기사 250명을 대상으로 진행하였고, 일반적 특성은 빈도분석, 근무환경과 건강문제 비교를 위해 카이제곱 검정을 진행하고, 근무환경이 건강문제에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 다중 회귀분석을 진행하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다.
1. 의료기사의 건강문제는 피로 93명(37.2%), 근골격계 문제 90명(36.0%), 수면장애 65명(26.0%), 불안감 17명(6.8%) 순이었다.
2. 의료기사의 일반적 특성에 따른 건강문제는 불안감은 교육 수준(p=0.007)과 수입(p=0.048)에, 수면장애는 고용 형태(p<0.001)에, 근골격계 문제는 근무지역(p=0.019)에 유의한 차이가 있었다.
3. 의료기사의 근무환경이 건강문제에 미치는 영향은 심리·사회적 근무환경(p<0.001)이 가장 높았고, 생물학적 근무환경(p<0.001), 물리적 근무환경(p<0.05) 순으로 모두 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인하였다.
본 연구는 의료기사의 근무환경과 건강문제의 연관성에 관한 연구 자료로 근무환경의 개선을 위해 기초자료로 활용한다면, 이는 의료기사의 건강문제를 최소화하여 질 높은 의료 서비스를 제공하는 데 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Background: After COVID-19, interest in the working condition of workers in hospitals is increasing. medical technologists are exposed to various risk factors, but there are not many studies related to health problems according to the working condition compared to other occupational groups, so research was conducted to create basic data accordingly.
Method: The 6th Working Condition Survey (KWCS) was conducted on 250 medical technologists, and the general characteristics were frequency analysis, chi-square test to compare working condition and health problems, and multiple regression analysis was conducted to confirm the effect of working condition on health problems.
Result: The health problems of medical technologists were 93 fatigue (37.2%), 90 musculoskeletal problems (36.0%), 65 sleep disorders (26.0%), and 17 anxiety (6.8%). According to the general characteristics of medical technologists, anxiety differed significantly in education level (p=0.007) and income (p=0.048), sleep disorders in employment type (p<0.001), and musculoskeletal problems in work area (p=0.019).
The psychological and social working condition (p<0.001) had the highest impact on health problems of medical technologists, and it was confirmed that the biological working condition (p<0.001) and the physical working condition(p<0.05) all had a positive (+) effect.
Conclusion: This study is a research data on the relationship between the working condition and health problems of medical technologists, and if used as basic data to improve the working condition, it is believed that it will help provide high-quality medical services by minimizing the health problems of medical technologists.
