교육행정정보 시스템 구축 및 운영관리에 관한 연구 = (A) Study on the development and the operation of an information system for educational administration

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 정보의 근간이라고 할 수 있는 교육행정정보에 대한 다양성과 신뢰성에 대한 요구를 충족시키기 위한 교육행정정보시스템의 필요성과 구축방향, 그리고 효율적인 운영 및 관리방안에 대하여 기술하였다.
이 연구의 가장 큰 의의는 동일업무에 대하여는 정보통신기술을 활용한 교육행정정보시스템을 구축, 표준화·통합화함으로써 보다 체계적이고 효율적인 교육행정업무를 처리하는데 있다고 하겠다.
그 구축 예로 대전광역시교육청 교육재산프로그램을 활용하여 표준화되고, 통합화된 교육행정업무프로그램을 구축하는 방향을 제시해 보았다.
이 프로그램은 클라이언트/서버환경에서 구현된 것으로 멀티유저(multi user)들이 하나의 데이터베이스에서 작업함으로써, 데이터의 분산을 막고 중앙집중처리가 가능하게 구축되었다. 이러한 교육행정정보시스템의 구축과 더불어 효율적인 운영방향과 관리방안을 제시함으로써 보다 안정적이고 편리하게 행정업무를 처리할 수 있는 기반을 조성하는데 연구목적이 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this thesis, we have descrebed the development and the operation of an information system for educational administration.
The most important meaning of this research is making solutions concerning these problems in managing the work of educational administration. As a study on the integration and standards of information system for educational administration includes creating utility and systematic solution.
So Taejon Metropolitan Office of Education show the standard and integral program of educational Administration by using the establishment of Education Property program.
This program defends the data dispersion and it is possible to process central function
Because in this program, multi users use at one database a built in client / server environment. The purpose of this research was to process the work of administration stabely and comfortably as present utility operation and method of administration as a study of informaion system for Educational Administration.
