辛荑淸肺飮의 항allergy效果에 關한 實驗的 硏究 = (An) Experimental Study of Sinichengpaeum (辛荑淸肺飮) on the anti-allergic effect

국문 초록 (Abstract)

신이청폐음은 한의학에서 코질환에 광범위하게 쓰인다. 이 연구는 신이청폐음의 항 allergy효과를 알아보기위하여 실시되었다. 辛荑淸肺飮의 抗알레르기효과를 究明하기 위하여 辛荑淸肺飮엑기스를 實驗動物에 投與하여 Histamine 및 Serotonin에 의한 血管透過性反應, Homologous PCA, PC에 의한 接觸性皮膚炎症反應, PC에 의한 反應 후 好酸球 및 IgE測定, SRBC에 의한 足浮腫反應, SRBC에 의한 反應 후 好酸球 및 IgE測定 등을 觀察하였던 바, 다음과 같은 結論을 얻었다.
1. Histamine과 Serotonin에 의한 血管透過性反應에 대하여 有意性있는 減少效果를 나타내었다.
2. Homologous PCA에 대하여 有意性있는 減少效果를 나타내었다.
3. PC에 의한 接觸性皮膚炎症反應에 有意性있는 減少效果를 나타내었다.
4. PC에 의한 反應 後 好酸球 測定에서 減少하는 경향을 보였으나 有意性은 없었고 IgE測定에서는 有意性있는 減少效果를 나타내었다.
5. SRBC에 의한 足浮腫反應에 대하여 有意性있는 減少效果를 나타내었다.
6. SRBC에 의한 反應 後 好酸球測定에서 有意性있는 減少效果를 나타내었으나 IgE 測定에서는 減少하는 경향을 보였으나 有意性은 없었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Sinichengpaeum has been widely used in the oriental medical treatment of nasal diseases.
These studies were performed done to investigate the effect of Sinicheng- paeum on the anti-allergic action
We studied the vascular permeability response induced by the histamine and serotonin injection(allergy Ⅰ type), homologous PCA provoked by the IgE-like antibody against EWA(allergy Ⅳ type), contact dermatitis induced by picryl chloride(allergy Ⅳ type), delayed type hypersensitivity response to SRBC (allergy Ⅳ type), and the amount of eosinophil and IgE.
The results were as follows :
1. The effect of Sinichengpaeum on vascular permeability responses to intradermal histamine and serotonin were significant.
2. In the homologous PCA provoked by the IgE-like antibody against white egg albumin, Sinichengpaeum showed a significant effect.
3. In the delayed type hypersensitivity responses to picryl chloride, Sini- chengpaeum provoked a significant effect.
4. After reaction provoked by picryl chloride, Sinichengpaeum showed an insignficant effect on amount of eosinophil, but a significant effect in IgE amount.
5. In the delayed type hypersensitivity responses to SRBC, Sinichengpaeum provoked a significant effect.
6. After reaction provoked by SRBC, Sinichengpaeum showed a significant effect on amount of eosinophil, but an insignificant effect in IgE amount.
