정서인식 명확성이 이성관계 만족도에 미치는 영향 : 수용의 매개효과 = The effect of emotional clarity on satisfaction in romantic relationships : mediation of acceptance

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 정서인식 명확성과 이성관계 만족도와의 관계에서 수용의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 19-35세로 미혼이며 서울 · 경기 소재 대학 재학생 및 대학원생, 직장인 등 208명을 대상으로 자기보고식 설문조사를 실시했으며, SPSS 21.0을 이용해 빈도분석과 상관분석을, AMOS 21.0을 이용해 구조방정식 모형을 통한 매개효과 검증과 Bootstrapping 절차를 통해 경로의 유의도를 검증하였다. 연구 결과 요약은 다음과 같다.
첫째, 주요 변인들의 상관분석 결과 정서인식 명확성, 수용, 이성관계 만족도 모두 유의미한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 구조방정식 분석 결과 정서인식 명확성이 이성관계 만족도에 직접적인 정적 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다.
셋째, 정서인식 명확성과 이성관계 만족도의 관계에서 수용의 부분매개효과를 확인하였으며 경로의 유의성 또한 검증되었다. 이 결과 정서인식 명확성이 이성관계 만족도에 직접적 영향 뿐만 아니라 수용을 통한 간접적 영향 또한 미친다는 것이 확인되었다.
마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 한계점 및 후속연구 제언을 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The present study was aimed to verify the mediating effect of acceptance in the relationship between emotional clarity and satisfaction in romantic relationships. To this purpose, a self-reporting survey was conducted with 208 subjects ranging in age from 19~35, who were unmarried, including individuals currently employed or enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in the Seoul and Gyeonggi region. SPSS 21.0 was used to conduct a frequency and correlation analysis, and AMOS 21.0 was used to verify the mediating effect through a structural equation model, and the significance level of the pathway was verified through a bootstrapping procedure. A summary of the research results is as follows.
First, in the results of the correlation analysis on the primary factors, emotional clarity had a significant positive correlation with acceptance and satisfaction in romantic relationships, and acceptance had a positive correlation with satisfaction in romantic relationships.
Second, the results of the structural equation analysis verified that emotional clarity had a direct positive effect on satisfaction in romantic relationships.
Third, this study verified a partial positive mediating effect of acceptance in the relationship between emotional clarity and satisfaction in romantic relationships, and also verified the significance of the pathway. These results verify that emotional clarity has not only a direct effect on satisfaction in romantic relationships, but also an indirect effect through acceptance.
Lastly, this study discussed significance and limitations of this study, as well as proposals for future research.
