스토리텔링을 기반으로 한 수학 교수·학습 자료 개발 : 수열단원을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

교육과학기술부(2012)는 수학교육선진화방안으로 스토리텔링 요소가 가미된 수학교과서를 구성한다고 발표했다. 이에 스토리텔링수학교육에 대해 연구하고자 한다.

본 논문의 연구문제는 다음과 같다.
가. 스토리텔링을 기반으로 한 교수·학습 자료를 수열단원을 중심으로 개발한다.
나. 스토리텔링을 기반으로 한 수학 수업이 학생들의 수학적 흥미 및 태도에 어떠한 변화를 주는지 알아본다.
다. 스토리텔링을 기반으로 한 수학 수업의 특징을 알아본다.

스토리텔링을 기반으로 한 학습은 이야기 속에 숨어있는 개념을 이해하는 방법이다. 따라서 수열단원을 중심으로 이야기를 개발하였다. 개발한 스토리텔링기법의 교수·학습 자료를 학생들에게 실제 적용해 본 후 수학적 흥미 및 태도에 긍정적인 변화가 있었음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 스토리텔링 학습은 학생들의 수학에 대한 인식을 개선시키고 학습동기를 증가시켜 자기 주도 학습에 도움이 된다는 특징을 찾아 볼 수 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Ministry of Education, Science and Technology(2012) has announced the development of a mathematics textbook using storytelling elements. The researchers studied what storytelling mathematics education is.

The research contents of this paper is as follows.
A. Mathematics learning materials of Professor developed the number unit based on storytelling.
B. The developed material is based on the storytelling class by applying a student's mathematical interests, attitudes are recognized.
C. To find out the characteristics of a math class.

Storytelling based learning is a way to understand the concept behind the story. Thus, the story was developed upon the number unit. Based on this research, we can confirm that. This developed unit has positive effect on students interest and attitude in mathematics. Also, Learning storytelling improved recognition about students mathematics, and motivation. It's discovered characteristics that storytelling learning can help.
