커리어 로드맵을 적용한 진로집단상담이 대학생의 진로정체감과 진로준비행동에 미치는 효과 = The Effects of Career Road-Map Group Counseling on the Career Identity and Career Preparation Behavior of College Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to improve college students' career identity and career preparation behavior by utilizing a career road-map group counseling as a way of performing effective career education. The hypotheses for this study were first, the career identity level in an experimental group, which participated in the career road-map group counseling, would be enhanced more than that of the control group. Second, the career preparation behavior in the experimental group would be increased more than that of the control group. The subjects for the study were 30 students of Y university in K city, Korea. They were randomly allocated to the experimental and control groups by 15 students respectively. 12 sessions of the career group counseling were carried to the experimental group for 90 minutes per session. For comparing in the differences on the career identity and career preparation behavior between the two groups, the data was analyzed by mean, standard deviation and analysis of covariance. The major findings of the study showed that the career road-map group counseling enhanced the career identity and career preparation behavior levels of college students in K city, Korea Therefore, the career road-map group counseling was effective in improving the participants' career identity and career preparation behavior levels.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 대학생들을 대상으로 커리어 로드맵을 적용한 진로집단상담이 진로정체감과 진로준비행동에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 데 있었다. 연구가설은 첫째, 커리어 로드맵을 적용한 진로집단상담을 실시한 실험집단 학생들의 진로정체감은 통제집단보다 향상 될 것이다. 둘째, 커리어 로드맵을 적용한 진로집단상담을 실시한 실험집단 학생들의 진로준비행동은 통제집단보다 향상될 것이다. 연구대상은 커리어 로드맵을 적용한 진로집단상담에 참여하기를 희망한 K도 소재 Y대학교 학생들로 실험과 통제집단에 각각 15명씩 무선 배정하였다. 측정도구는 대학생들의 진로정체감을 알아보기 위해 Holland, Daiger 및 Power (1980)가 개발한 MVS(My Vocational Situation)를 번안하여 사용하였으며, 진로준비행동을 측정하기 위하여 김봉환(1997)의 진로준비행동 검사를 사용하였다. 자료 분석은 각 집단별로 진로정체감과 진로준비행동의 평균과 표준편차를 산출하고, 집단상담의 효과를 검증하기 위하여 공변량 분석(ANCOVA)을 하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 커리어 로드맵을 적용한 진로집단상담에 참여한 학생들의 진로정체감 수준은 유의미하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 이는 대학생들이 진로집단상담에 참여함으로써, 자신의 진로목표, 흥미, 능력 등에 대한 명확하고 안정된 상을 갖추는데 도움이 되었는 것으로 생각된다. 둘째, 커리어 로드맵을 적용한 진로집단상담에 참여한 학생들의 진로준비행동 수준은 높아진 것으로 나타났다. 이는 대학생들이 자신의 진로와 관련한 실제적이고 구체적인 올바른 진로결정을 수행할 수 있음을 의미하였다.
