대중교통전용지구 이용자에 따른 영향요인 비교분석 연구: 연세로 대중교통전용지구를 중심으로 = A Study on the Satisfaction by the Characteristics of the Passenger in Public Transportation Zone: Focusing on the Public Transportation Zone in Yeonse-road

This study was conducted on Yonsei-ro, a typical example of public transportation zones. For this study, the characteristics of the users, residents and merchants were divided. And the satisfaction level of the public transport zone was compared and analyzed. First of all, three top parameters were derived using the purpose of designating public transport zones. In addition, 13 assessment variables were derived based on prior research related to public transport zones. The factors analysis was then conducted twice. Empirical analysis shows that commercial and public transportation activation is affecting all three groups. On the other hand, it was found that walking conditions did not affect it. Specifically, the number of users who use public transportation and the increase in the number of people who are in the current situation has been shown to be affected. Rent and walk comforts have a significant effect on the merchant population On the other hand, for residential populations, all satisfaction variables were found to be unaffected. As a result, it was possible to identify differences in satisfaction with the designation of the Earth depending on the characteristics of the users. In particular, it is judged that the merchant and user groups respond relatively sensitively compared to the resident population. Therefore, it proposes the need to build data on policies and management measures for each user's characteristics in designating and operating public transport zones by local governments in the future.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대중교통지구의 대표적인 사례인 연세로를 대상으로 이용객, 거주민, 상인 등 의 이용자에 따라서 구분하여 대중교통전용지구에 대한 만족도를 비교분석하였다. 우선, 대중교통전용지구의 지정 목적을 활용하여 상위 평가변수 3개의 항목을 도출하였다. 추 가적으로 대중교통전용지구와 관련된 선행연구를 기반으로 평가변수를 13개 항목을 도 출하여 두 차례 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과, 이용자, 거주자, 상인 세 집단 모 두 상권 및 대중교통활성화가 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 보 행환경의 경우에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타나 무의미한 것으로 파악된다. 구체 적으로 이용자 집단의 경우에는 대중교통 이용, 유동인구 증가가 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 상인 집단의 경우에는 임대료 및 보행 쾌적성이 유의한 영향을 미치 는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 거주자 집단의 경우 모든 만족도 변수가 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타나 무의미한 것으로 파악된다. 결과적으로 이용객특성에 따라 지구 지정에 대한 만족도가 상이한 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 특히, 거주자 집단에 비해 상인 및 이용자 집단이 상대적으로 예민하게 반응하는 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 향후 지자체들의 대중교 통전용지구 지정 및 운영에 있어 이용객특성별 정책마련 및 관리방안에 대한 자료구축의 필요성을 제안한다.
