체육행정 조직원의 전공이 전문성 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향 = The Affects of Sport Administration Organization Members' Major on Professionalism and Job Satisfaction

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 체육행정 조직원의 전공이 전문성 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 그 목적이 있고, 사회적·시대적 변화에 적절히 대처해나가는 필요성을 느끼며 체육행정 조직원의 전문성 및 직무만족을 알아보고 더 나아가 체육행정 조직원의 바람직한 인재상 및 직무여건을 개선하기 위한 기초적인 자료를 제시하는데 그 필요성이 있다. 연구대상은 서울지역의 국민생활체육협의회 및 대한체육회 가맹경기단체의 행정조직구성원으로 하였으며, 연구자와 보조원이 직접 방문하여 체육행정조직 구성원에게 연구의 목적을 설명한 후 총 211부를 직접 배포하였고 회수하였다. 회수한 설문지 중 불성실하게 기입하였거나 누락된 18부를 제외하고 총 193부(91%)를 유효 표본으로 사용하였다. 자료처리는 Window용 SPSS 18.0K version을 이용하여 연구대상의 인구통계학적 특성을 알아보기 위하여 빈도분석을 실시하였고, 타당도와 신뢰도 검증을 위하여 Cronbach's Alpha 계수를 산출하였다. 또한 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 전문성 및 직무만족의 차이를 알아보기 위하여 독립t-test, 일원변량 분석(one-way ANOVA), 사후검증으로는 Scheffé 방법을 사용하였고, 전공형태와 전문성, 직무만족의 인과관계를 검증하기 위하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다.
이 연구에서 분석을 통해 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 체육행정 조직원의 전문성은 인구통계학적 특성 중에서 성별, 연령, 근무형태, 직위, 최종학력, 전공분야에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다.
둘째, 체육행정 조직원의 직무만족은 인구통계학적 특성 중에서 성별, 연령, 직위, 최종학력, 전공분야에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다.
셋째, 체육행정 조직원의 전공이 전문성에 미치는 영향의 하위요인으로는 학교교육과의 연계성, 업무의 효율성, 업무의 연계성, 전문지식수준 모두에서 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다.
넷째, 체육행정 조직원의 전공이 직무만족에 미치는 영향의 하위요인으로는 직무내용, 동료관계, 승진만족에서 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study finds out the affects of sport administration organization members’ major on professionalism and job satisfaction and feels necessity for handling social/periodical change properly, finds out professionalism and job satisfaction of administration organization members’ authority and moreover, the necessity of this study provides fundamental data for improving adequate concept of talent and office given condition of members in an athletic authority. The object of this study was set sport administration organization members of the national council of sport for all and individuals sport association, by directly visiting researcher and paraeducator, after explaining purpose of this study directly to members of a sports administration organization, distributed and collected total 211 questionnaires. Among collected questionnaires, excluded unfaithfully written or omitted 18 questionnaires, used total 193 (91%) as a valid example. Data processing conducted frequency analysis for finding out demographic characteristic of an objection with SPSS 18.0K version for Window and calculated Cronbach's Alpha counter for inspecting validity and reliability. Also, to find out difference of expertise and job satisfaction according to demographic characteristic, independent t-test and one-way ANOVA and as back-testing, used Scheffé method and to inspect cause-and-effect relationship between major on professionalism and job satisfaction regression analysis was conducted.
In this study, the results from those analysis are as fellows.
First, professionalism of sport administration organization members showed significant differences in gender, age, working form, position, education level, major field among demographic characteristics.
Second, job satisfaction of sport administration organization members showed significant differences in gender, age, position, education level, major field among demographic characteristics.
Third, as the affects of sport administration organization members’ major on professionalism were showed positive (+) influence on relationship with school education, working efficiency, relationship with work, expert knowledge level.
Forth, sub-components, the affects of sport administration organization members’ major on job satisfaction, were showed positive(+) influence on work contents, co-worker relationship and promotion satisfaction.
