인문,사회과학편 : 전국학교스포츠클럽대회의 운영 현황과 개선 방안 = A Study on the Current State of and Improvement Method for Nationwide School Sports Club League

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The objective of this study is to analyze the situation of operating national school sports club league so as to present improvement method and draw politic suggestion. Ultimately, it tries to enhance the level of use by presenting guideline of supporting system(council) of municipal and provincial school sports club league necessary for site and guideline of operating league for agency dedicated to national school sports club league. To this end, study method like in-depth interview, delphi survey and expert meeting is mainly used to collect and analyze data for operation situation and improvement program of national school sports club league. The main result of study is as follows. To begin with, the situation and main problems of national school sports club league are lack of educational adequacy in holding the league, operation of league in dual organization, excessive competition, improper selection and distribution of budget, impropriety of selecting items. As the improvement program for these problems, training related to league, expanding supporting manpower, development and propagation of relevant program, etc which are related to the enhancement of recognition, conversion to sports and cultural festival, organizing operation council and searching for connection program, connecting an supporting league operation support center, efforts to save budget etc which are related to the preparation of actual operation system are presented.
