(The) comparative analysis and improvement strategy of service quality evaluation of public sports facilities in China

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Based on SERVPERF service quality model, the evaluation index of public sports facilities was established, and the evaluation index value of public sports facilities was established through questionnaire survey. IPA analysis method is used to analyze the service quality index of public sports facilities, and the difference of service quality evaluation of urban sports facilities under different economic levels is obtained through comparative analysis. Find out the key aspects that need to be improved in the service quality evaluation of public sports facilities, and draw the following conclusions.
First, the service quality evaluation index system of public sports facilities can make a scientific and accurate evaluation of the service quality of the facilities and shows good reliability and validity. Based on the SERVPERF theory and combined with the actual situation of sports facilities, this study established an evaluation system with 5 dimensions and 24 indicators, which can make a scientific evaluation of the service quality of public sports facilities.
Second, there are differences in the importance and performance of first-tier, second-tier and third-tier cities. Cities have a significant impact on the importance evaluation of the service quality of public sports facilities, and cities have a significant impact on the performance evaluation of the service quality of public sports facilities. Gender, age, monthly income and occupation have significant influence on the importance evaluation of the service quality of public sports facilities. Education background, occupation and monthly income have significant influence on the performance evaluation of public sports facilities' service quality.
Third, first-tier cities, second-tier cities and third-tier cities have four problems, parking problems, problems dealing with emergencies, fewer sports and cultural activities, and unreasonable opening hours of facilities, so all cities need to focus on improving these four aspects. This study gives corresponding improvement strategies to the four aspects of the problem.
Therefore, to improve the service quality of public sports facilities in China, the following suggestions are put forward: 1. Improve parking difficulties 2. Improve the ability to respond to emergencies. 3. Organize sports activities regularly 4. Opening hours are more reasonable.
