거부민감성, 적대적 귀인 편향 및 전위된 공격성 간의 관계: 의도적 통제의 조절효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

연구는 거부민감성, 적대적 귀인 편향, 의도적 통제 및 전위된 공격성 간의 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 대학생 406명을 대상으로 거부민감성, 적대적 귀인 편향, 의도적 통제 및 전위된 공격성에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 변인 간 관련성을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 거부민감성, 적대적 귀인 편향 및 전위된 공격성 간에 정적 상관이 유의하였으며, 의도적 통제는 나머지 세 변인과 부적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 거부민감성과 전위된 공격성 사이에서 적대적 귀인 편향의 매개효과가 유의하였다. 셋째, 거부민감성과 적대적 귀인 편향 사이에서 의도적 통제의 조절효과가 유의하였다. 구체적으로 의도적 통제 수준이 높은 경우, 거부민감성이 낮아짐에 따라 적대적 귀인 편향이 감소하는 한편, 의도적 통제가 낮은 경우, 거부민감성이 감소함에 따른 적대적 귀인 편향의 감소가 의도적 통제 수준이 높은 경우에 비해 크게 줄어들지 않았다. 넷째, 거부민감성, 적대적 귀인 편향 및 전위된 공격성의 관계에서 의도적 통제의 조절된 매개효과가 유의하였다. 이러한 결과는 거부민감성이 적대적 귀인 편향을 거쳐 전위된 공격성에 미치는 영향이 의도적 통제 수준에 따라 달라질 수 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구의 의의, 제한점 및 후속 연구에 대한 제언이 논의되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examined the relationships among rejection sensitivity, hostile attribution bias, effortful control and displaced aggression. For this purpose, a self-report questionnaire was conducted on 406 college students. To measure each variable, the questionnaires of Rejection Sensitivity Scale for college students, Displaced Aggression Behavior Scale, Korean version of the Adult Temperament Questionnaire(K-ATQ), and Social Information Procession-Attribution and Emotional Response Questionnaire(SIP-AEQ) were used. The results of this study are as follows. First, positive correlation emerged between rejection sensitivity, hostile attribution bias, and displaced aggression, and effortful control showed negative correlation with other variables. Second, hostile attribution bias had a mediating effect on the relationship between rejection sensitivity and displaced aggression. Third, the relationship between rejection sensitivity and hostile attribution bias was found to be controlled by the level of effortful control, and the moderated mediating effect of effortful control was significant. These results suggest that rejection sensitivity has a significant effect on displaced aggression through hostile attribution bias and that this relationship can be controlled by effortful control. Finally, the implications and limitations of this study were discussed.
