지적행정의 신경영전략에 관한 연구 = A Study on the New Management Strategy of Cadastral Administration

The main purpose of this thesis is to define the management of cadastral administration and to grope new management strategy of cadastral administration.
In order to achieve the objective of this thesis, the scope of study was divided into three parts.
Firstly, as of the scope of detail, the concept of cadastral adminstration management was limited to internal management.
Secondly, the scope of cadastral administration was limited to the government organization concerning cadastral administration and Korea Cadastral Survey Corporation, Korea National Housing Corporation, Korea Land Corporation.
Thirdly, in order to propose the new management strategy of cadastral administration, the scope of that was limited to there factors.
This thesis is composed of five chapters and also contents of this study are as follows;
Chapter 1 is the research purpose, the research category and the method.
Chapter 2 is the understanding of administration management and it uses form in terms of management case in Korea. Concerning study and example within a country, I deduced the important factor of adminstration management. Through the understanding and necessary of cadastral administration management, the public administration developed.
To search for the important factor of cadastral adminstration management, I examined the management case and study of cadastral administration in Korea.
In chapter 3, I examined the present situation and limit of cadastral administration management within a country.
In chapter 4, in order to propose the new management strategy of cadastral administration, the new management strategy was divided into two parts.
Firstly, the long-term strategy is to reform the cadastral administration system.
Secondly, the shout-term strategies are summarized as follows;
1. The work management strategy of cadastral administration;
① Integration of the present cadastral administration organization.
② Establishment of the cadastral administration information co-use system.
③ Use of ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)
2. The human resource management strategy of cadastral administration ;
① Promotion of the cadastral officials
② Enforcement of the 5th and 7th level cadastral officials test
③ Revise of education programs of Officials Training Institute and Training Institute of Korea Cadastral Survey Corporation.
3. The citizen participation management strategy of cadastral adminstration;
① Introduce of citizen inspector system
② Introduce of public notice system
③ Inducement of netizen participation through Netactivism
Except long-term and short-term strategy, the government and the citizen lead conversion of consideration and interaction in order to satisfied with the citizen.
That result, cadastral administration and civil society is developed.
