DACUM 방법에 의한 원격대학 행정직원 직무 분석 및 직무별 교육과정 개발 = Job Analysis and Curriculum development of Administrative Officials in the Cyber University by DACUM

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to develop the curriculum for administrative officials in Cyber Universities. To achieve the purpose, this study has conducted job analysis of administrative officials in Cyber Universities by DACUM(Development A Curriculum), which is one of those job analysis methods, and have developed the curriculum for administrative officials based on the result of job analysis. Based on the analysis, the followings were derived. First, as the result of the job analysis of administrative officials in Cyber Universities, 8 jobs, 47 duties and 173 tasks were abstracted. Second, the knowledges and skills related to the tasks were founded and 53 curriculum subjects were developed based on the findings. Third, the curriculum has been reconstructed with basic and advanced courses that were systemically organized. This study might find its meaning in the sense that it presents practical and specific field informations as the result of job analysis including the curriculum for administrative officials based on job analysis.
