      This study aims to apply the perceptual quality and organizational principles of cinema to architectural space organization. Space organizational method in cinema enables people to have various and dynamic perceptual experiences, and maximize the impression intended by a cinema director in dramatic development.
      Architectural space is perceived to articulate spaces and scenes. And, the scene of space unit has the concept of movement and temporal continuance. So the perceptual characteristics of architectural space unit can be analyzed by shot's in cinema.
      The meaning in cinematic organization of architectural space connection is reproduced through the arrangement of cinema syntax. The cinema syntax is the organizational method which connected and developed temporally of the shot that has its own perceptual qualities.
      As a result of this study, the scene of architectural space unit is analyzed by screen organizational techniques. And, therefore, a meaning of the space connection .is re-interpreted by cinema syntax : separation, parallel action, slow disclosure, familiar image, moving camera, multi-angularity, master shot discipline, and orchestration, as scenic development.
