학교사회복지사의 수퍼비전 경험에 관한 질적 분석 연구: Middleman과 Rhodes가 제시한 수퍼비전 기능의 관점에서 = A qualitative study on the supervision experience for school social workers: From the perspectives of supervision functions that Middleman and Rhodes suggested

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 학교사회복지사의 수퍼비전 경험에 대한 심층적인 탐색을 통하여 추후 학교사회복지사에 대한 수퍼비전 체계마련에 도움이 되는 기초적인 자료를 제공하는데 있다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기, 인천지역을 중심으로, 학교사회복지사 자격증을 소지하고 학교사회복지경력이 2년 이상인 8명의 학교사회복지사들을 대상으로 면접을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 분석방법은 학교사회복지사들이 수퍼비전 기능에 대해 어떠한 경험을 하고 있으며, 수퍼비전의 욕구는 어떠한 지에 대해서 심도있게 살펴보기 위해 질적분석방법 중 한 가지인 ‘합의적 질적 연구방법(CQR)’을 활용하였다. 분석결과 학교사회복지사의 수퍼비전 기능에 대한 경험에 있어서는 9개의 영역과 34개의 범주로 구분되었고 수퍼비전 욕구에 있어서는 1개의 영역과 6개의 범주로 구분이 되었다. 이러한 결과는 학교사회복지사들이 수퍼비전과 관련하여 다양한 어려움을 가지고 있음을 보여주며 이로 인해 수퍼비전 체계의 마련과 수퍼비전 방법의 다양화, 특정한 수퍼비전의 욕구를 인식하고 있음을 보여준다. 이에 따라 이번 연구의 결과와 한계점을 종합하여 학교사회복지사의 수퍼비전 체계마련을 위한 몇 가지 제언을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data that is helpful in preparing for the supervision system for school social workers by the in-depth investigation of supervision experience. For these purposes, in-depth interviews were conducted targeting 8 school social workers who were with school social worker certificate for more than two years in Seoul, Gyeonggi province and Incheon city.
We analyzed the data by applying a qualitative research method of Consensual Qualitative Research (CQR) on what kind of experience school social workers had and what the supervision desires were who had supervision experience.
The analyses resulted in 9 domains and 34 categories on the function of supervision experience and 1 domains and 6 categories on the supervision desires: the results showed that school social workers were met various difficulties in supervision and also they recognized that the desire of supervision experience needed supervision system, the diversity of the supervision methods and the function of specific supervision.
Accordingly, putting these various results and limitations of this study together, we suggested some diratio, we o prepare the supervision system for school social workers.
