국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 북한의 핵·미사일 위협에 대해 분석하고 우리의 대응방향을 제시하 는 것이 목적이다. 북한은 올해 들어(11월 23일까지) 무려 55회 이상의 각종
미사일 도발을 진행하였고 대륙간 탄도미사일 ICBM과 연계하여 핵·미사일 확보에 야욕을 대외적으로 들어내고 있다. 이 글은 북한이 전략적 도발을 이어가는 목표와 의도를 알아보고, 그들이 2018년 남북정상 회담간 군사
합의를 포기하면서까지 핵·미사일에 집착하는 이유에 대해 살펴보고 분석했다. 기존 대북전략의 실패원인은 국제사회의 대북제제 효과가 미비하고 중국과 러시아의 지원, 북한의 군사전략으로 원인을 찾았으며 이에 따라 새로운
방향의 대북전략 제시와 대응방향에 대해 설명한다.
