상담자의 내현적 자기애와 작업동맹과의 관계에서 역전이 행동의 매개효과 = The Mediating Effects of Countertransference Behavior between Covert Narcissism and Working Alliance of Counselor

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate mediating effects of countertransference behavior between covert narcissism and working alliance of counselor. The subjects were 81 counselors who were counseling at university counseling centers, private counseling center, and youth counseling centers. They were assessed by The Countertransference Behavior Inventory, and Covert Narcissism Scale, Working Alliance Inventory. SPSS 18.0 was used for implementing a correlation and Multiple Regression Analysis. The results showed as follows: First, covert narcissism and working alliance showed a significant negative correlations. And covert narcissism had a significant positive correlations with countertransference behavior. And countertransference behavior had a significant negative correlations with working alliance. Second, countertransference behavior mediated partly the relations between covert narcissism and working alliance. Third, negative countertransference behavior mediated partly the relations between covert narcissism and working alliance. Fourth, positive countertransference behavior did not mediated the relations between covert narcissism and working alliance. Finally, suggestions for the limitations of this study and ideas for further research are discussed and proposed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 상담자의 내현적 자기애와 작업동맹과의 관계에서 역전이 행동의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 대학상담기관, 공공상담기관 및 사설상담기관에서 상담을 진행하고 있는 상담자 81명을 대상으로 이루어졌고, 내현적 자기애, 역전이 행동, 작업동맹 척도를 사용하여 설문을 실시하였으며, 상관분석과 단순회귀분석 및 위계적 회귀분석을 사용하여 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 내현적 자기애, 역전이 행동(부정적 역전이 행동/긍정적 역전이 행동), 작업동맹은 각각 유의한 상관이 있었다. 둘째, 역전이 행동 전체는 상담자의 내현적 자기애와 작업동맹을 부적으로 부분 매개하였다. 셋째, 부정적 역전이 행동은 상담자의 내현적 자기애와 작업동맹을 부적으로 부분 매개하였다. 넷째, 긍정적 역전이 행동은 상담자의 내현적 자기애와 작업동맹과의 관계에서 매개효과를 나타내지 않았다. 이러한 결과를 통해 상담자의 내현적 자기애 특성이 작업동맹에 미치는 부정적 영향을 감소시키는 데 있어서 상담자가 자신의 역전이 행동을 조절하는 것이 유용한 상담 개입이 될 수 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 또한 상대적으로 긍정적 역전이 행동보다 부정적 역전이 행동의 조절에 우선적인 노력을 기울여야 할 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점 그리고 후속연구를 위한 제언이 논의되었다.
