This study aims to analyze the factors which affect the sales of traditional markets. 1,151 traditional markets except Seoul City and Gyeonggi-do have been researched. 149 among them were selected. In order to analyze factors, related theories and precedent researches need to be reviewed. To analyze the factors dependent variable is the three-year average sales of traditional markets, and the 10 independent variables such as store area, Onnuri gift certificate agency, merchants training, the aging of entire facility, event plaza existence, customer center existence, bus stop number, public restroom checkup state, market entrance, corridor checkup state, and convenience checkup for parking lot have been used to manipulate.
According to the analysis results, floor space is large, joined Onnuri merchant gift certificates, and many bus stop number, shared bathroom are comfortable, market entrance and pathway to maintain an appropriate level of convenience, the increase in sales of the traditional market.
