초기 청소년의 자기통제력이 사이버 비행에 미치는 영향: 인터넷 윤리의식과 유해정보 접촉의 매개효과 = Effects of Self-Control on Cyber Delinquency Among Early Adolescents: Focused on the Mediating Effects of Internet Ethics and the Contact with Harmful Information

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The increase of cyber delinquency is inevitable when we consider that the access to the Internet has become easy and widespread. The purpose of the study is to investigate the causal relationship between self-control and cyber delinquency among early adolescents, to test the mediating effects of Internet ethics and the contact with harmful information, and to draw out theoretical and practical implications in terms of reducing the level of cyber delinquency. A convenient sampling was taken of early adolescents in G Metropolitan City. A total of 575 questionnaires were used in the statistical analyses. A proposed structural model to early adolescents` cyber delinquency has been identified to have a structural explanation for the relationships mentioned above. The results of the study are as follow. First, self-control could have a significant effect on both Internet ethics and the contact with harmful information respectively. Second, Internet ethics could have a significant effect on the contact with harmful information and cyber delinquency respectively. Third, the contact with harmful information could have a significant effect on cyber delinquency. Fourth, Internet ethics and the contact with harmful information could be a mediating variable between self-control and cyber delinquency, respectively. Finally, theoretical and practical implications were also discussed.
