구성주의 기반 교원 현직교육 프로그램 모형 개발 연구 = A Study on Development of Model of In-service Teacher Education Program based on Constructivism

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to develop the model of the constructivism-based in-service teacher education program. For that purpose, I discussed the perspectives on constructivism -based education and the characteristics of in-service teacher education. And I argued the meanings of the developing the constructivism-based in-service teacher education. Based on these discussions and arguments, I developed the model on the constructivism-based in-service teacher education program. This model on constructivism-based in-service teacher education is consisted of educational objectives, educational contents, educational method, evaluation, teachers, students, and environments of teaching and learning. From the result of this study, I commented that 1) we should apply the various constructivistic perspectives on developing the in-service teahcer education program, 2) we have to consider the reality on school and education, when developing the in-service teahcer education program, 3) In-service teachers have to participate in the process of developing the in-service teahcer education program, 4) we should approach carefully on comparative situation. Finally, I suggested the five proposals to apply this model to the in-service teacher education program.
