저항의지로 표출된 심상적 이미지 표현 연구 : 본인 작품 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

연구자는 내면에 존재하는 알 수 없는 부정적 감정에 대한 사유를 통해 그 근원으로서 자신의 나약한 심리에 주목하고, 그 나약한 심리의 원인으로 외적 억압이라는 요소를 인지할 수 있었다. 이러한 인지과정 속에서 연구자는 내면의 부정적 감정들을 직면하여 나약한 내재적 심성과 외재적 억압요소를 극복, 변화시키고자하며 이는 저항의지로 발현되었다. 이와 같은 저항의지는 조형행위를 통해 작품으로 표출된다.
연구자의 작품을 중심으로 하는 본 논문의 구성은 크게 이론적 배경 제시와 작품 분석으로 이루어진다. 이론적 배경에서는 저항의지로 발현되고 있는 조형행위의 특성을 분석하기 위한 근거로 첫째, ‘불평즉명’을 통해 부정적 정감을 문학 창작의 긍정적 원동력으로 바라보았던 한유의 ‘발설發說’설을 제시하였다. 나아가 연구자의 작업 내에서 저항의 대상이 되는 억압의 발생 과정과 원인을 그러내기 위하여 ‘가장 자기적인 물음’으로 대변되는 존재물음에 역사성 개념을 제기한 하이데거의 역사성과 ‘정신적 작용’과 ‘관계를 통한 확산’이라는 명제를 푸코의 판옵티콘과 억압에 관한 이론을 통해 제시하였다. 이로써 연구자의 저항 행위로서 작품이 부정적 정감 표출을 통한 내적 치유의 성격, 존재 이해의 성격, 외부를 향한 적극적 저항의 성격을 지님을 확인할 수 있었다.
작품분석 방법으로는 크게 내용분석, 소재분석, 연작형식 분석으로 구분하였다. 내용 분석에서는 ‘내면의 나약함 인식, 이를 둘러싼 억압 인지, 저항’의 세 단계에 따라 그 의미와 상징적 및 조형적 가치를 분석하였다. 이러한 과정을 거치며 연구자의 저항 의지가 내부에서 외부를 향한 적극적 저항으로 확장되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이에 따라 개별 작품 내의 조형 언어를 파악하고 각 단계에 따른 작품의 조형적 내용을 분석하였다. 소재분석에서는 작품의 주요 소재로 나타나는 ‘구멍’과 ‘반복적 소재’ 표현에 관하여 다루었다. 구멍이라는 소재는 부정적 감정과 연구자 내면에 존재하며 의식을 움직이는 결핍을 상징하며, 반복적 소재 표현은 군중의 시선을 나타냄과 함께 연구자의 내적 직면을 설명할 근거가 되었다. 연작형식 분석은 디스플레이 방식 분석을 위주로 이루어지며, 연구자 작품의 디스플레이 구성은 개별 작품의 비교, 대조를 드러내는 방식으로 구분되었다. 이러한 개별 작품들 간의 연결과 구분은 작품의 의미를 강조하며 해석의 여지를 남기기 위한 형식의 일부를 이루고 있다.
본 논문은 연구자 작품에 나타나는 저항 의지를 이해하고 이를 토대로 작품을 분석함으로써 저항 행위로서 작품이 지닌 가치를 이끌어내고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Through reasoning of the unknown negative emotionthat exists inside, the researcher focused on her weak mind as the source, and recognizeda factor called external oppression as a cause of the weak mind. By facing theinternal negative emotions in this cognitive process, the researcher aimed to overcomeand change the weak intrinsic mentality and external repressive factors byconfronting the negative emotion inside, which was expressed as a will of resistance. Such willof resistance is expressed as a work through the formative act.
This paper focusing on the researcher’s work islargely composed of theoretical background and work analysis. In thetheoretical background, as a basis for analysing the characteristics of theformative act that is expressed by the will of resistance, first, the theory of ‘disclosure’ by Han Yu, which regarded the negative emotions as apositive driving force of literary creation was presented through ‘man will cryout against injustice’. Furthermore, inorder to draw the process of occurrence and the cause of the oppression that issubject to resistance within the researcher's work, historicity of Heideggerwho raised the concept of historicity in the question of being, which isrepresented as ‘the most magnetic question’ and the propositions called 'mentalfunctioning' and 'diffusion through relationship' were presented throughFoucault's theory of panopticon and oppression. As a result, it was confirmedthat the work as a resistance act of the researcher has a character of innerhealing through the expression of a negative feeling, a character of theexistential understanding, and active resistance toward the outside.
The analysis method of the work is classifiedlargely into contents analysis, subject analysis, and sequence form analysis. Inthe content analysis, the meaning, symbolic and formative value were analysedaccording to three stages of 'recognition of inner weakness, perceivedrepression surrounding this, and resistance.' Through this process, it wasconfirmed that the researcher’s will of resistance is extending to the outsidefrom the inside.Accordingly, the formative language in each workwas identified, and the formative contents of the works according to each stagewere analysed. In thesubject analysis, the subjectof 'hole' and 'repetitive subject' expression that appear as the main subjectof the work were addressed.The subjectof hole is in the negative emotion and inside the researcher, and symbolizesthe deficiency, which moves consciousness. The repetitive subject expressionbecame a basis for explaining the inner encounter of the researcher while itrepresented the eyes of the crowd. The analysis of series format is based ondisplay method analysis, and the display composition of the researcher's workswas divided into the way of comparing and contrasting individual works. Theconnection and division between these individual works emphasize the meaning ofworks, and constitute part of the form for leaving room for interpretation.
By understanding the will of resistancereflected in the researcher’s work and analyzing the work based on this, thispaper aims to draw the values of the work as an act of resistance.
