학교조직의 인간관계 개선방안에 관한 연구 = (A) Study on the improvement of human relations in the school organization

The important factor of asking desirable human relationship in the school organization is that children's can learn through the human relationship and good relationship can promote school's administration efficacy. As asking practical study about human relationship in the school organization. There is a meaning a reform with basic for relationship presentation in the school organization.
The specific purposes of this study were as follows:
First, investigate a theory about organization and human relationship.
Second, through the literature of relationship in the school organization and check disturbance factor of peace relationship between principles, teachers and students. Examine the disturbance factor and grope efficiency way of school management and present relationship. Proposal desirable human relationship and investigate of relationship in the real school situation.
The major finding of this study resulting from hypothesis testing may be summarized as follows:
First, to improvement of relationship between principles and teachers.
① Through build up the relationship which accept teacher's opinion and suggestion, enhance teacher's morale and give familiar to them.
② To break any agreement or contract of teacher's life and exchange their opinions, make a faith mood.
Second, to develope trust relation of teachers
① We should make a mood which have a teacher's social meeting, discuss each other and have a conclusion.
② We should have responsibility and positive attitude through establishment of sound teaching
Third, to maintain the relation between teachers and students that can promote learning effect,
① We should induce student's motive and make a confidence between teachers and students.
② Teacher take care of students with the milk of human kindness, understand student's personality and get accomplished understanding and teacher must be have a standard of teacher to be respected from student.
Forth, to remain peace relationship between teachers and parents,
① Parents have deep concern to their children's education, school help parents understandable of education through notify education policy and problems.
② Through public teaching and parents of students classroom, parents should have opportunity frequently to participate classroom directly and have close contact.
Based on these findings, the implications of this study are as follows:
The factor of human relationship is trust with love, understanding to accept other's situation and proper share of part. The way have desirable relationship as conversation and recognize the importance of problem and principle of consistency to think and feel together.
