    The purpose of this paper is to identify the priority trends of software quality factors (characteristics) and to compare the software products through their results. For this purpose, the software quality model is applied to evaluate software quality factors. At first, the required quality factors as criteria are adopted from the previous research and related international standards(ISO/IEC 9126 and ISO/IEC 25000). Then three classified products(office, SNS and gaming) with two products per each are evaluated according the structure of the criteria. The quality factors are composed in terms of software operation (external quality) and quality in use, and they are derived in two ways; mutually dependent and/or independent, which is followed by products evaluation. The assignment of quality priorities and product achievement is performed by Analytic Hierarchy Process and the Analytic Network Process. The difference between AHP and ANP are analyzed using the compatibility index. Results of this study are also respectively derived by the AHP and the ANP for the product quality.
