소프트웨어 품질보증 체계에 대한 연구 : 품질 측정과 평가 사례를 중심으로 = (The) study of software quality assurance system : Focused on the quality assessment and evaluated cases

국문 초록 (Abstract)

소프트웨어 품질보증은 고객에게 제공되는 제품이나 서비스가 고객의 요구사항을 만족시킬 것이라는 것을 보증하기 위해 필요한 활동을 정의하고 있으며 모든 소프트웨어의 개발 프로젝트에 적용된다.
과거의 소프트웨어 개발 결과는 비용과 일정이 계획에 비하여 지연되는 경우가 많이 발생했는데, 개발 및 프로젝트 관리측면에서의 품질보증 활동을 수행 함으로서 제품이나 서비스가 주어진 요구사항을 만족한다는 적절한 확인을 제공하고, 체계적인 활동을 통하여 이러한 문제점을 예방할 수 있는 것이다.
본 논문에서는 L사의 소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트를 사례로 들어 소프트웨어 개발 전단계에 걸쳐 수행되고 있는 품질보증 활동과 정량적인 품질평가를 위하여 품질특성의 측정과 평가를 통하여 각종 산출물과 작업방법을 분석하여 소프트웨어의 최종적인 품질을 보장하며 발생 가능한 시행착오를 사전에 제거함으로써 소프트웨어의 품질을 향상 시킬 수 있음을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Software quality assurance includes any activities required to assure that the products or services provided to the customers will satisfy their demands, and is applied to every software development project.
It often happened in the past that the actual software development was behind the schedule and expenses exceeded what had been planned. We can avoid those problems by carrying out systematic activities of quality assurance from a standpoint of the system development and project management to confirm properly that the products and/or services meet specified requirements.
This thesis which takes an example of the software development project in L company, examines the quality assurance procedures and activities throughout the whole software development process, analyzes various outputs and processing methods to satisfy the requirements specified by such quality assurance activities, and suggests that the quality of software can be improved by assuring the ultimate quality and preventing the possible trials and errors in advance through the measurement and evaluation of quality attributes for the standardized quality assessment.
