한국형 학업소진 척도 개발 및 타당화 = Development of Korean Academic Burnout Scale

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 중, 고등학생에 적합한 학업소진척도를 개발하고, 이에 대한 타당성을 검증하 고자 하였다. 그 결과 탈진, 무능력, 반감, 냉담 그리고 불안이라는 5개의 요인으로 구성된 척도가 개발되었으며, 각 요인은 5개의 문항으로 구성되어 있다. 내적합치도와 확인적요인분 석한 결과는 학업소진척도의 타당성을 지지하였다. 또한 기존에 소진과 밀접한 관련이 있다 고 알려진 요구-통제, 노력-보상 불균형 그리고 과도참여 척도를 통해 공인타당도를 검증한 결과 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 종합하였을 때, 본 연구에서 개발된 학업소진척도는 타당한 것으로 보이며, 추후 청소년들의 학업 소진 양상을 이해하고, 이를 예방하는 데 중요한 정보를 제공할 것으로 기대된다.
