Geospatial data is being used for efficient management of land and various industries. With the Korean version of the New Deal and the 4th industrial revolution, spatial data utilization and related technology development are continuously expanding.
Accordingly, consumers who use geospatial information services such as real-time navigation and portal maps are requesting frequent updates so that they can check the latest geospatial information. However, the current geospatial information update system does not meet the changing demand environment and it is difficult to secure the latest geospatial information.
In order to update spatial information, it is necessary to identify the update target from planning, but it is difficult to confirm in advance who, when, where, and what causes the territorial change that needs to be updated.
In order to solve these problems, in the case of construction or development that causes land change, the organization implementing the construction secures it by reporting and receiving it as a spatial information update organization, and it conducts a frequent update service project and directly compares aerial photos, etc. Although the method of investigating and collecting land change information is being promoted, these two methods difficult to check changes that occur across the country. The procedure is also time consuming, so we need a way to automatically collect all land changes that require spatial information updates.
In this study, the construction and development information that causes land change is collected through the 'Korea On-line E-Procurement System' tender notice with web crawling technology that can automatically and periodically collect information disclosed on the web, and the collected information can be used to update spatial information. We propose a method to automatically collect changes without human intervention by using morpheme analysis technology that extracts valid words that can be used, and apply geocoding analysis by using words related to location among the contents included in the bid notice. a method for automatically capturing the construction location that requires spatial information update was derived.
In addition, it is divided into an announcement capture rate that judges omissions by comparing the results obtained through the automatic collection method of land changes with objective data such as construction plans for each institution and public data of construction related systems, and a location capture rate that determines whether a location has been identified. was analyzed and empirically analyzed whether the construction was actually completed through a field survey targeting the construction location in the bid notice.
The results of the announcement capture rate analysis showed that the automatic collection method was effective in securing the total amount of construction work, and the location capture rate results showed that geocoding analysis using the words included in the bid announcement could be used to predict the location.
Utilizing the research results, who(construction entity), when(completion time), where(construction location), and what(new・change target) will generate land change information for updating spatial information in advance It can be applied when checking and updating by an automated method, and in the future, by utilizing the automatically acquired national land change information, preparing a rational process for updating spatial information, and each By configuring a system that can be shared with the management organization, it is possible to prevent duplicate investment in the construction and update of spatial information, and to effectively utilize spatial information that ensures the latest quality from the consumer's point of view.
