고등학생이 지각한 제2외국어의 유용가치와 노력비용이 성취정서를 매개하여 학습전략에 미치는 효과 = The second foreign language perceived by high school students The Effect of Utility Value and Effort Costs on Learning Strategies through Mediated Achievement Emotions

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구의 목적은 고등학생의 제2외국어에 대한 유용가치, 노력비용, 성취정서, 학습전략 간의 구조적 관계를 알아보는 데 있다. 세부적으로 유용가치, 노력비용과 학습전략 사이에서 성취정서가 매개효과의 역할을 할 수 있는지 확인하고자 하였으며, 유용가치와 노력비용의 상호작용효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위해 고등학생 346명을 대상으로 제2외국어에 대한 유용가치, 노력비용, 성취정서, 학습전략 정도를 조사하였다. 그결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 제2외국어에 대한 유용가치는 즐거움의 성취정서와 각 학습전략을 유의미하게 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 노력비용은 즐거움의 성취정서에 대해서는 부적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지만 학습전략에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 유용가치와 노력비용의 상호작용 효과는 즐거움과 행동전략에 유의한 부적 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
마지막으로 유용가치, 노력비용, 유용가치x노력비용은 즐거움을 매개로 학습전략에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
연구결과를 토대로 학습 환경에서 학습자들의 즐거움을 향상시키고, 학습전략의 효율적인 활용을 위해 유용가치와 노력비용의 역할과 중요성에 대해 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship between utility value, effort cost, achievement emotion, and learning strategies for high school students in the second language. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of achievement emotion on mediation effect between utility value, effort cost and learning strategy. The purpose of this study was to investigate utility value, effort cost, achievement emotion, and learning strategy of second foreign language in 346 high school students. the results are as follow.
First, utility value for the second foreign language predicted the pleasure achievement emotion and each learning strategy significantly. In addition, the effort cost has a significant negative effect on pleasure achievement emotion but not on learning strategy.
Second, the interaction effect between utility value and effort cost showed significant negative effect on pleasure and behavioral strategy.
Finally, useful value, effort cost, utility value × effort cost have a significant influence on learning strategy through enjoyment.
Based on the results of the study, we discussed the role and importance of utility value and effort cost in improving the enjoyment of learners in learning environment and effective utilization of learning strategies.
