공예 분야 문화예술교육사 교육과정 경험 분석을 통한 개선 방향 연구 = A Study on Improvement Directions through the Analysis of the Experience of Art and Culture Education Instructor Curriculum in the Craft Field

국문 초록 (Abstract)

현행 ‘문화예술교육사’ 교육과정은 2016년 이후 개정되지 않아 현대 사회의 변화와 공예 분야의 요구를 충분히 반영하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 문헌조사와 설문조사, 심층면담의 분석을 통해 해당 분야의 문제점을 입체적으로 파악하고자 하였다. 문헌조사를 통한 공예 분야 '문화예술교육사' 교육과정 분석 및 설문과 심층면담을 통한 수강경험 분석 결과, 현재의 교육과정에 공예 분야만의 전문적 내용과 실제 업무 관련 내용이 부족하다는 점이 지적되었다. 또한 사회 변화에 따른 비대면 교육 대비가 미비한 점, 실습과 발표를 위한 공간 부족과 자격 취득 후 교류 기회가 부족한 점이 대두되었다. 이러한 조사 결과를 바탕으로 공예 분야 ‘문화예술교육사’ 교육과정의 개선 방향을 모색하고 제언하였다. 교육 내용적 측면에서는 일부 개설 과목에서 중복된 내용을 재편할 필요성과, 실습 교육 강화 및 공예 관련 이론의 보강이 필요하다. 교육방법 측면에서는 사회 변화에 대비한 비대면 교육환경 지원 필요성이 요구된다. 교육환경 측면에서는 실습 공간과 전시 공간 등의 확충 필요성을, 향후 과제 측면에서는 커뮤니티 구축의 필요성을 제언하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The current 'Art and Culture Education Instructor' curriculum has not been revised since 2016, so it does not sufficiently reflect the changes in modern society and the demands of the craft field. This study attempted to identify the problems in the field in three dimensions through literature surveys, surveys, and analysis of in-depth interviews. As a result of analyzing the "Art and Culture Education Instructor" curriculum through literature research and the course experience analysis through questionnaires and in-depth interviews, it was pointed out that the current curriculum lacks specialized and actual work-related contents unique to the craft sector. It also emerged that there was a lack of space for practice and presentation, opportunities for exchange after acquisition, and insufficient preparation for non-face-to-face education due to social changes. Based on these findings, the direction of improvement of the 'Art and Culture Education Instructor' curriculum in the craft field was sought and suggested. In terms of educational content, it is necessary to reorganize overlapping contents in some of the courses opened, strengthen practical education, and reinforce craft-related theories. In terms of educational methods, there is a need for support for a non-face-to-face educational environment in preparation for social changes. In terms of the educational environment, the necessity of expanding practice spaces and exhibition spaces was suggested, and in terms of future tasks, the necessity of building a community was suggested.
