대학평생교육기관 운영체제의 요구분석과 시사점 = Employees' Need Analysis of Operating System at University Based Lifelong Education Centers

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is to explore the improvement of university lifelong education system through Employees' Need Analysis of Operating System at University Based Lifelong Education Centers. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, the problems of it are as follow: First, how do employees currently recognize the operating system of their lifelong education center? Second, how do employees recognize the ideal system for operating a lifelong education center? The research findings are as follow: First, employees recognize the insufficient system for reporting, integrating and cooperating jobs, and the ambiguity of task direction, accounting management, and authority distribution. Second, employees recognize preferred types as the ideal system for operating a lifelong education center. There are an operating system such as institution management, budget management, training fee, work and task, position, salary manpower, linkage system etc.
