The purpose of this study is to find out whether physical activity has an influence on children’s stress. Thirty students participated in this study. The students were from H pre-school located in Gumi, aged 4 and a half years. Fifteen children were placed in the experimental group and 15 in the control group. The children in the experimental group had 16 episodes of physical activity for 8 weeks. The results of this study indicate that the children who had physical activity experienced meaningful reductions in their stress level compared with the children who did not have physical activity. However, there was no significant difference between girls and boys. The conclusion of this study is that physical activity has a positive influence on children’s stress.
