지상경계점 관리 제도의 개선 방안 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this study, the current status and the problems of the related registry for the registration and management of the current ground boundary point were analyzed, and the solutions based on such analysis were proposed. For this purpose, the current status and problems of the registration of ground boundary point. As one of the problems based on the reviewed current status, there are many areas where the creation of ground boundary point register is difficult due to its topographical characteristics. Accordingly, lack of the effectiveness of the system, redundancy of the related forms, absence of cost system for preparation, unclear regulation of related laws on the subject, and absence of management system are drawn out. As a way to improve the problem, the study has proposed a solution for areas of difficulty to write in a narrative form by improving the form of ground boundary point register. Furthermore, a scheme for management system construction for accumulation and joint utilization of measures and data that unify the related register into ground boundary point register is suggested.
